Not the greatest location to get off and back on Rt 13. Prices are the lowest in the immediate area though. There is NEVER a receipt available at the pump….EVER. Doesn’t matter what pump.

The automatic feature they put in pumps WILL NOT STOP. Wasted like $5 in gas that got all over the side of my car and the dude woman at the register did not show a single ounce of empathy. I wasn’t even looking for a refund just a little bit of hey sorry but no it was a “well that sounds like your fault because we don’t have auto feeders” uh. Yes you do😂

A few times, some of the pumps or all of their pumps would beclose down.

Went in today and I witnessed the cashier refuse to allow a PAYING customer access to the rest room. The customer just paid for his gas, came in and politely asked and the cashier instead pointed out he makes no money letting people use the rest room and instead took random items off the counter and told him to buy something instead. The customer like myself was left speechless and left. I will support the gas station across the street from this point on.

I went into the Speedway on Main Street in Leominster, MA today which I periodically do for gas because I have the rewards card, but mostly today for convenience. Never had a problem, but today was beyond the worst experience, and I feel violated and planning to seek legal action for principle more than anything. I gave the cashier (19 year old Spanish girl, I only mentioned that so she can be identified, and she told me she was 19 during our heated confrontation), I gave her my rewards card to scan and $40 in cash for gas, proceeded out to my car to pump my gas, surprisingly to me the pump stopped at $20, I was surprised because I knew the level of gas I had and knew my car could take $40, I went back into the store to inform her that I only got $20 in gas, and not sure why. She told me that the computer had cleared it out at 0, and there was no refund showing. What?! Just walk out here and see I got $20 in gas on the pump screen. Long story kinda short she admits I gave her $40, but refuses to give me my $ back because she can’t open the register, and that her drawer will be short, How!? When you just got an extra $20 from me…Needless to say we go back and forth about MY money that I can’t rightfully get back. I call the police initially because this is crazy and I want my money back. She decides also to call the police and tell them I’m attempting to rob her! Really?! You gotta be kidding me?! The cops come, talk to me and her, review store video with her only, and I was told it must have been a computer glitch and for me to follow up with the store manager (who the cashier didn’t even attempt to call after I asked for manager, she only was set on calling the police falsely). So the finale was I didn’t get my money back, got the police called on me being FALSELY ACCUSED of attempted robbery over money I was owed rightfully! I will be seeking legal advice and that cashier need to be fired ASAP because either she’s a flat out IDIOT, or making a come up in the store, because somebody got an extra $20!

All the lights are on it's 5:30 on a Saturday and they're closed. I mean the clerk is still there and telling people that they're closed.

This use to be a great gas station with some of the cheapest prices in town. Lately it's turned into broken pumps and the pumps/cashier unable to accept credit/debit cards due to screwed up machines. I've stopped going and use other gas stations instead because of the inconvenience.
