Had a great customer service experience here at Staples. The two female assistants that took care of me were absolutely amazing. They were so nice and helpful and handled all of my concerns. A Plus talent all the way. Amazing customer service. It’s so nice to see in these trying times.

I needed help getting a copy made. Apparently you should already know how to do it before you get there, because the attendant that worked there seemed very annoyed to have to explain it and couldn't even bother to turn around to speak.She actually spoke to me while facing the wall! I thought masks were bad for having to understand people but trying to hear someone while they're facing a wall is even worse. Mailboxes etc has much better customer service.

I shipped a 20 year old stereo in 2 boxes with Staples and they damaged one of the parts, the guy packaging it treated it like garbage, they picked up the damaged box and left the other part with the customer, now I can only receive insurance for one of the parts and lost the other part of it because they left it and won't pick up. This is months after it happened and they closed our case without any information at all, we have been calling and they kept re assigning our case to different people, worst experience ever, do not ship with these people if you value your things. Hopefully it will be taken care off but I won't hold my breath.

I went to Staples for the first time in several years. They have cut down on their inventory so the store no longer looks cluttered but the result was they did not have the item I was looking for, which they previously stocked. Staff were pleasant and referred me to another place in the area. You can get better prices online. This store has already downsized once from when it was in Marshall's Plaza and I wonder how long it will be around.

I normally go to staples to buy hardware. But almost a year ago I was shopping for a good laptop and one of the salesperson suggested a HP laptop windows 10 and a dvd. It's crap! Also I thought I bought a warranty and apparently I did not. Also HP as a company is useless. My laptop is so slow in starting up, my Commodore 64 was faster than this computer. I found out later that the hard drive in the computer is crap, I have to spend extra money to get a new Hard Drive and I still have a warranty with HP they will not answer my Emails, phone calls or nothing. Right know it's 20 minutes and my laptop is still loading up! I had to backup all my files and take it to a computer store. Stay away from staples if you need a computer Never going there again.

I am not generally one to write reviews at all, let alone bad reviews, but I was appalled by the service I received at this Staples location. I was looking for a simple cord to connect my laptop to my desktop monitor. The man at the service desk cut me off multiple times saying what I was looking for didn't exist and he treated like I was a complete idiot. Turns out it does exist and he coincidentally recalled this right as a manager was walking over to intervene. I won't be back.

Staples Leominster Print Dept. has provided the worst customer experience I can recollect. For 2 yrs, I have had to deal with Pre-Ordered items not getting done at all, print jobs on machines they knew to be broken and having to wait while they re-run the job, being over-charged on almost every occasion and only after saying something, received my contract price. And today, being refused to waive a 'rush fee' for a job they yet again printed while i stood there...... all while the service rep knew I've been over-paying for almost 2 yrs.

This store is OK. Sometimes the checkout is slow, but they have an outstanding selection of items. The UPS shipping area is very good. I found an item that I needed for my Apple phone. The store associate took me where it was which was great.
