This afternoon, I upgraded my cell phone from an X to a 16. Jennifer was my sales associate and I cannot say enough about her service….a combination of professional, efficient, but also patient and very personable…..loved Jen and so happy she approached me in the store.

Came in to upgrade my phone to another model. Lady who works there "Jen" promised me an upgrade which was only supposed to be $6 extra a month. OK, cool. It wasn't until the data transfer that she sprung multiple hidden fees that amounted to hundreds of dollars on me. Super pushy and aggressive. Then amidst transferring everything, multiple issues happen with the service in the store. I inquire as to why my photos didn't send to my new device She snatches my phone from my hands and starts going through my gallery which I told her previously NOT to. Blatant violation of privacy. She then got snappy and defensive that I was appalled that she showed such blatant disregard for what I asked her NOT to do. After 2 miserable painful hours we finally complete it. An hour after I left the store she calls me 3 times in the span of 10 minutes asking me for an Ime number because she didn't properly factory reset my phone. How stupid are you? She needs to go back to working corners or swinging poles. No excuse for someone to treat a human being this way let alone a loyal customer

If you need to pay a Verizon fios bill this place is a good place to go they have a machine that you can use to pay it i just wish they had a few more company stores so to make it easier to pay your bill.

This is definitely the crappiest cable network I’ve had by far. They send it home for you to set up yourself with cables that don’t work just for you to have to pay for someone to come in and say “ya these cables don’t supports the tv anymore”” like huh very shady. And then you press a button on. The remote and the tv shuts down no wonder cable is slowly losing more and more companies not cause of streaming services like Netflix but because they quit literally suck at providing you anything to watch. Its ridiculous and a waste of money, if you need cable I suggest getting xfinity/fios, at least you can actually put a show on and it works

Shady business. Refused to accept my husband’s trade-in (which had already been accepted online) and tried to upsell him to a more expensive plan in order for him to get his credit. Meanwhile, these signs were all over their store.
He called Verizon’s customer support from the parking lot, and even she could not get them to do the right thing. Fortunately, SHE did the right thing by my husband and gave him the credits (plus some additional loyalty credits), and reported the store.
Four employees in the empty store, and not one was helpful.

Went to the Leominster store and was greeted very badly last night. The male clerk was very rude and would not help me at all. I had an issue not knowing my pin # to get into my account. And was told to go to the store to show my picture I'd and to have them call corporate to verify my ID. I will never go back to that store or recommend it to anyone. Very unhappy. Pauline B

HORRIBLE!!!!! THEY SCREWED UP WHEN I BOUGHT MY PHONE AND MY BILL IS THREW THE ROOF THEY ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO FIX IT AND I AM PAYING FOR THERE SCREW UP ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME VERIZON IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY THEY TOLD ME OL WELL WE SCREWD UP YOURE GONNA PAY FOR IT IS BASICALLY HOW THEY DEALT WITH THIS DISGUSTINGED WITH VERIZON!!!!

I went to this store 45 minutes before closing on a Friday night. I was greeted by Monique who was smiling, friendly and welcoming. I told her what I was looking for and she made the process seamless and easy. She was knowledgeable, kind and we had the best conversation throughout the whole process. If you need services from this store, I absolutely would recommend finding Monique when you get here!

The employees lacked customer service, not informative, and the energy was horrible. I just switched over from T-mobile and never had an IPhone before. They just sent me on my way and now stuck with a device that I was told was set up which was misleading.

I am so frustrated. We went to add a phone for my son and look into upgrades for my husband and I since we were eligible. They made it seem like we were getting a great deal but when all is said and done, I am paying 3x more for one extra person. I went in again to see if they could go over my bill, help me understand, and they said to give it a few months. I feel like I wasnt given the full information.

100% do not buy a phone from this corporate location. They are super confident because they are there to steal your sales. Long story short, I wanted to add a line for my son for christmas, they told me I got an awful deal (at the hudson store) and to buy their phone. It's been 4 days since I've been cleaning up the mess they made of my account. They changed my account all around & so my little sisters new iPhone 15 upgrade would have costed me SO much (when i originally had 800$ off) and I left there with an outrageous bill! Never ever again will I let verizon swindle me. Even the telephone customer service is like "I'm so sorry they did this to you & your account".

I have heard many people say that “wireless retailers are worse than the car business 40 years ago.” After my second regrettable experience at this location, I can confirm that.By far the most deceitful and dishonest staff I have ever dealt with.• They told me I needed to add packages to get additional credit when I did not have to.• They changed my monthly plan to a more expensive one when it was not needed.• They added phone insurance protection when I clearly told them twice not to.• They refused to provide me with with any paperwork or receipts for the transactions.I will be providing the attorney general with all documentation I obtained from customer service after I flat cancelled the entire transaction, and the AG will decide if this is criminal and fraudulent or not.I dealt with a manager there three years ago who lied about what I was getting, and it took me almost five months of constant calls to customer service to get my wireless bills rectified. This time I dealt with an associate nicknamed Scott.My friendly advice is if you bought or upgraded at this location, call Verizon Wireless customer service and have them review your bill and charges to make sure they match.
