I’ve been trying to get them to pick up the phone for 2 days…..
Took them 2 days to fill a prescription then when I got there they still didn’t have it ready even though auto phone service said it was ready.
They told me to wait and then didn’t tell me when it was ready they called me (auto service) while next to them and I then I had to get back in line talking an additional 40 minutes to get it even though I already waiting in the line once already.
Staff is so young and inexperienced and slow.
Worst pharmacy experience ever.

On hold over 20 minutes or more to speak with staff. Takes them 2 or 3 days to fill refills. They must be filling at a central location n delivering to pharmacy. From headquarters. Excuse is always sorry we don’t have enough staff. This has been going on for months

Transferring my prescriptions. I haven't been able to reach the pharmacy in months. Every time I call I'm placed on hold for 17-20 minutes. Hang up, call back, another 20 with no answer. Drive to the store just to be told I can't pick up the rx I tried calling about multiple times. Not a one time thing, but almost every time I call.

Hi Good morning we went to Walgreens in Central st leominster this morning I have gone to this Walgreens for many years the employee have always been ready friendy but this morning this employee call Sam never saw him before must be new there was a clearance on summer toy I ask him if they where on sale this is what he said ...I DONT KNOW WITH ANGRY WORDS AND HE HAD THE SCANNER IN HIS HAND AND RIGTH IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE TOOK THE THINGS AND PAY FOR THEM AND HE IS A RACIST...I hope you will take action with him because I love that Walgreens and employee like him mess up the rest employee thank you

Super slow service. Wont fill certain prescriptions ,have to have them transferred to other walgreens to be filled with no problems.

Pickup and dropoff experience has been good, but anytime there is a slight issue that simply needs someone to spend two seconds looking into, there is no follow-through. For me, this has led to delays in prescriptions past when I am out...and not supposed to stop abruptly. One example - several instances of prescriptions canceled by the pharmacy that needed the fill qty updated to 90 days. My long-term prescriptions have been written by the doctor this way all along (which isn't even necessary for non-controlled meds). Anyway, used to be a tech at this company. No phone calls on issues, nothing. Closed Sundays. The service here at this location I would rate as poor.

Andy and his coworker that refuse to give her first name participated in malpractice on 1/16/2024 my doctor rewrote my script for today due ti a hemtoligist app on 1 /17/2024 i have blood clots ive also had a issue in the past when I had a seizure do to my script being called in late I called my insurance company to verify I can pickup my script up to 3 days early Andy refused to give me my ready script in his hand know I dis loved information about my medical conditions and appointment with my hemtoligist tomorrow on 1/17/2024 and would not call my doctor to verify or talk to my insurance company I called or call my insurance himself because they wanted to leave early they are willing to risk Mt life to get a blood clot die to a seizure they could have prevented by giving me my script on the correct day the lady in pharmacy started this by saying they were closed with cages still open the clock clearly on the wall 7 minutes before closing even though I did state 5 minutes earlier I will be filing charges malpractice along with assault and battery of a disabled person neglect of a disabled person ect!!!

I love Walgreens it's a very kind and friendly place all the workers here are polite ..the pharmacist are amazing and fast I wouldn't go any were else for my quick and dependable needs .meds ECT

I was very disappointed in that their photo center had dropped the ball on our Christmas Cards. After we did all this work online to designed the picture.
