Waiting for an agent to answer my call, right now over 23 min, still waiting for the representative. The call is for the password set up. I am not sure why it will take so long for such a simple task. I am wondering if my call is for new account set up, I will have the high priority response...???

Worst bank I've ever dealt with, employees are constantly lying to customers whether it be inadvertently or overtly. They change their policy as it suits them and they're system is always changing around dates and times of deposit and transactions and it's constantly screws people over. Like in my case and now I can't get my money because no one seems to know where the heck my deposits are it's all so wonderful.....just kidding this bank sucks.

The worst bank ever, if you are a minority don’t go there. They aren’t friendly to people from other country. Went with my mom to open a account with them and after she gave them USA passport, social security card and bill letter as proof of residence , the lady ask me if she is have a green card and refused at first to take the USA passport. After i explained her that she is a usa citizen, and i gave her a check to deposit, she refused it because it was written in Spanish and because of bank policy. I went home and called the main office and they told me that there’s no policy regarding if a check have to be in English . Had to ask them next day to show me the policy and because they couldn’t , they had no choice to deposit the check written in Spanish anyways.

Don't like the new tellerless banking. Also not being able to reach someone at a branch instead of a call center. Plus system down going on 3 days and I can't get a new debit card to access my money. Thinking about leaving wcu.

BEWARE! Be very careful when making deposits at this bank. Some tellers are incompetent. I had an experience depositing money at the ATM and the teller said there was not money in the cylinder. They investigated and said the audit of deposits at the bank was accurate. Of course! My money never got deposited. They also said that camera footage showed there wasn’t money. I do no believe them! The laws of physics defy this. And, I did not see the footage myself. Just be careful!! I lost a LOT of money. I’ve banked with them for years. I’m researching new banks now.

Worst branch of any bank I've ever been to. Plan on waiting the longest wait of your human life. Plan on being treated like garbage. Plan on following all their rules or get scolded and spoken down to if you don't. Have fun!!!

This location is absolutely horrible. They close their doors so everything is appointment only and the line for outdoor tellers is always abysmal. even with only 4 cars in line, I was waiting for nearly 20 minutes with no moving. Try to use their ATM, 90% of the time its down or not accepting deposits. I chose workers because this branch was within walking distance when I was without a car, and therefore very convenient, but unfortunately all the convivence has been removed. I can understand Covid being responsible to a degree, but mask mandates are about to be lifted and there is absolutely no reason to shut your doors. Other businesses have managed to adapt, its been years so covid is no longer an excuse. The only things giving this 2 stars is that the tellers are always kind and their specialists are helpful, but that doesn't matter much if I'm unable to access them for something as simply as a deposit.

I’ve been sitting in line for 50 minutes and not only is the line incredibly long, no one is moving. This is the worst experience I’ve had and people are frustrated. Someone literally had their partner/friend get out and walk their dog. I understand maybe they are low staff but this doesn’t mean they can waste my time while I wait and write this.

Absolutely awful. I felt like I was being berated more than helped towards my goal. I just wanted to discuss my goal of an apartment, and instead I was told not to and to go to college, to get a therapist (super rude and unprofessional!), and was given passive aggression the whole time. Became very aggravated at me for saying I wasn’t interested in some aspects of her advice and said my personal way I was interested in going about it. Started interrupting me. Was grouping me with other people and talked to like a child since I’m autistic (high functioning and irrelevant to the task at hand). Started pushing her degree in my face. I don’t care if you just got your degree. If you have to use the fact you got a piece of paper in your reasons as to why you’re correct when I’m just saying I’m not interested in certain aspects of what you’re saying, you need more on-the-job experience. Stop justifying yourself with college. Advice is suggestions for ME to work off of. I don’t have to say yes to each part. Ended with her impatiently and aggressively saying she was going to put my cash in deposit like I’d wanted. My way of thinking isn’t going to be the same as every one else, so of course certain things will interest me and certain won’t, and I’ll have a way that works for me that’s different than you... don’t get so butt-hurt because someone doesn’t want everything you suggest. So unprofessional. You’re a tool to use. Not the one who crafts a life using said tool. You cannot direct everything. And you can’t determine someone absolutely can’t reach a goal, especially if it’s necessary.

This has to be the worst bank I've ever had. The teller gives me an attitude just because I had to withdrawal $5500. Emergency happen and I need "My money" asap. She tells me that I need to call and give them notice. Have anyone ever been able to call and get someone from the branch? I called 20 times and still never have been able to speak to anyone from the branch.
