My mind has been put at ease, many times, knowing what ever animal I bring in, will get the best care. I recently took in a stray cat, with a leg that had to be amputated, possibly caught in a trap. I brought my to Vesh in West Springfield told them dog fell off couch, 9 hours later and several thousand dollars, I'm sent home with no answers and pain meds.
I go see Dr. Owen 10 minutes into the appointment looks at my dogs leg, feels it and it's swollen I have my answers! received meds going back for re-check! That's a great doctor!”

Clean none of the things that I read about missing electrical covers are true. Our dog has had several situations that are quite serious in the last few years and they couldn't have done a better jobor he couldn't have had better treatment anywhere. I am a longtime resident of the area and involved in the schools for years, and I can certainly vouch for this animal clinic.”

This is THE ONLY veterinary who listened to me and MADE SURE THEY FIT MY BB GIRL (small tea cup yorkie) IN, in a TIMELY MANNER! my dog is roughly 4.4lbs and was mounted by an off leash dog here at a local park in Amherst. this dog was MUCH bigger than mine, being about 30lbs. and unfortunately he was VERY QUICK, and it happened SO QUICKLY. And I have no clue who's dog it was, where he came from....... now My pup is pregnant and IM VERY SCARED..... review to be continued, in office currently...... wish me luck!!”

“If you live in Western Massachusetts this is the best veterinarian around. My furbaby was very sick. She was unable to stand up. We called our regular vet they said it would be several days before they could get her in. We called Dr Katz and they were able to see her in just a few short hours. We found out she has Lyme disease.Thanks to Dr Katz she is getting back to herself.The staff was extremely friendly too! I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone who loves their furbaby as much as we love ours.”
