“I want to give high praise to Jamal Bridges, Tech specialist for Lexus. I called him from the road on the way to Washington DC for the holiday week as the navigation system was not functioning on my brand new car. He patiently and expertly instructed me how to reset system to get Google map functioning . I needed to call again for Tech Support as I couldn’t lock the car as I had packages on back seat that sent alerts. Once packages removed the doors still not locking. Jamal calmly reviewed numerous steps to try to get car locked.Manual locking worked. I met Jamal today at Lexus of Watertown to reboot the Connect Drive as malfunctioning, tested all keys to lock and remote start. He didn’t leave until all my questions and concerns were addressed.

“I highly recommend Guy’s Autobody. Brian, the owner, did a great job in repairing my son’s car due to an accident. Not only did he squeeze us in during a very busy time, he also intervened on my behalf with my insurance company to get a correct appraisal on the damage and allow proper time to complete the needed repairs. This helped us keep the rental car (which was covered by my insurance) as long as needed. (They were only going to cover the rental based on their initial estimate on the time needed to complete repairs. Brian was able to negotiate a more realistic
time frame with them). Brian was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed on everything during the entire process. I will definitely use him for any of my autobody work should the need arise again in the future.”
“Everybody has an opinion about getting your vehicle serviced at a dealership (cue stealership memes), but I've found Watertown to be the most reliable and trustworthy of the places I've tried. This is true enough that I make the hike from Wakefield to come here even though there are several other places closer. They are good about doing the requested service without coming back and trying to pad the bill with a thousand other 'recommended' things. I'm hoping my Tacoma lasts a long time - so I feel better having folks work on it that really know this vehicle. To that point, this dealership went above and beyond getting me qualified for, and completing the work on, the frame recall for my previous Tacoma.”
“We had an overall good experience at the body shop. Our car was deemed totaled by insurance but we wanted to have it fixed. They did an overall excellent job repairing it and it now looks as if the accident never happened and the car drives very well. The price is also very reasonable compared to other places. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are very busy and often underestimate the time it will take. So be prepared to potentially wait a long time for the work to be done. But it will be done very well if you have the time.”

Jim Burns was very responsive and helpful while we scheduled my appointment to have a new tonneau cover installed on a Ram 1500. It would have been next day service except that I called too late in the day for Jim to get the part ordered for next day delivery. The new cover looks fantastic and was expertly installed.
