pathetic; had phone appt and never received call. called bank and got run around. called another branch and ROSALIE was able to answer questions immediately

The Citizens Bank is the worst bank I have been dealing with! I have got my bank account compromised (which never happened to me my entire life) and nobody gives a damn thing about it! I have to fight to get my money back! Do yourself a favor a find another bank!
