This is *not* the "best" CVS--and it can actually be quite terrible, service-wise--particularly at the pharmacy. Today, at the pharmacy, not only was a prescription I'd called in that was supposed to be ready at 10:15 not ready at 1 pm, the clerk who helped me was patronizing, asking for information I gave her (clearly) over & over & then telling me how to give it to her once she found it online. She was even ruder to the customers waiting while I waited (much longer than I was told, even beyond the initial delay) for my prescription. Some customer service training is DEFINITELY needed. The people at the front counter are usually ok--it's really the pharmacy that's an issue. As a result of today's experience, I'm going to move the prescription I was having refilled to a DIFFERENT pharmacy, and not a CVS either.

Usually my experience is pretty fast in and out. Not today there wasn't any crying or anything like that but when I went to pay at the soft checkout and said hi to the half mentally capable girl who is always there and p. satisfied with how she's treated me over the last 6 months that I said hey I'm going to leave a Yelp review for you so I'd like your first name my first name is Billy. She then responds with CVS won't let us give out our names or information. She literally blamed CVS for not letting her tell me her name. So being a non moron that I am e store I just came out of within 30 seconds I was on the line with the store manager she said you have an issue? I said no not with a product at the soft check out the blonde girl who's always there and knows me very well coming there did a little easy thing and made my time go by quicker so I said I think I'm going to leave a really good deal for you can I have your first name only? Then I said my name is William but everyone calls me Billy. Her response was CVS does not allow us to give out any of our information any personal information including first names. I couldn't believe what I was hearing one and two then I realized she has a God damn name tag on. So me being asshole I am I turned around walked into the store I have a foot and said I just got off the phone with corporate and they are saying you mean any employee of CVS is allowed to give out whatever information you want. That employee telling me that CVS wouldn't let her tell to keep her information private. The General Manager of

Computer was down today and they had no idea when it would come up. PLUS the pharmacist people did not apologize and rudely interrupted me when I asked for clarification. Unprofessional.

Worst service ever.Every time I get a prescription at this pharmacy they say they don’t have and after calling the doctor and having the runaround they say sorry it was here but was not processed yet.

Drug store in Lexington center. Busy pharmacy. Get your vaccines here. Metered parking around back. Historical society maintains a rotating display of town history in the windows. Get your vitamins and go next door for a coffee.

at the pharmacy, they do not have the best customer service but its reasonable because they are short staffed and are working around the pharmacy since people do not want to work. they have long lines with 2-3 workers while also doing the other tasks, so its understandable why sometimes they will not pick up. But I get why some people grow impatient if they are in a rush.

Avoid this Pharmacy at all costs. The notifications don't work correctly or give accurate information. This place is short staffed(2-3 people working). When you call no one picks up. Drive through is closed. So you have to come in and wait at least 45 minutes to find out if your meds are ready. They say wait another 45, then another 45, then come back tomorrow. Recommend changing meds to another pharmacy.

The employees are nice and try to help you, but they’re so understaffed that it’s impossible. Employee kicked people wearing halloween costumes out.

Couldn’t buy medicine for a sick family member because the lady working the night shift at the checkout counter was throwing a tantrum.Went in about an hour and a half before closing to buy medicine for a sick family member and used the self checkout counter, which prompted the “need assistance light” because a worker needed to check for ID. The light continued to flash for a while, and while there was a worker at the checkout counter, she did not come to turn off the light and approve the transaction. There were no other customers in the store at this time. When I did ask her for assistance after waiting for a while longer, she started screaming and shouting for no reason other than the fact that the kiosk wouldn’t allow me to buy the medicine without authorization from an employee. I can’t help that the software used by CVS has the restrictions that it does. She again then screamed that she would not be helping, and then literally stormed off to somewhere else in the store. I couldn’t pay, so I just left.Completely unacceptable, and the worst experience of any place I have been to. I would be more understanding if I was having trouble redeeming a coupon or something of that sort, but this was medicine for someone ill.
