Although I understand that this bank really cut back their hours during the coronavirus and I had to fill out a questionnaire upon entering the bank , the people at this location that work there have always been extremely friendly. Also when I could not figure out their hours that they were open I left a message for the bank manager and she returned my call The very next day leaving me a message telling me exactly when they were open. I thought that was pretty good that they got back to me.....We have had this bang for over 10 years now and they have always been very good to us

I totally understand that banks have made changes to their hours during this pandemic. However Eagle Bank has a very poor system for informing customers. I checked online last week that the Lexington branch was open I needed to open a new account. I already have one account there - regretfully. When I get to the bank there was a little sign on the door that said they were closed and you had to make an appointment. This week I tried again. I again checked online it says that the Lexington branch is open. I waited on the phone. Finally I got a recording that said the Lexington branch is closed. There really is no good reason for any of this.DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BANK.

Great experience! I've been banking for while with Eagle Bank and always have a great experience. Everyone can always answer questions. Rates are ok, but the customer service is unlike anyonther bank I've ever been to. Annabelle
