I booked this room because it was bigger than the Aloft rooms across the complex. A mistake. Yes the room was bigger... but the hotel is suffering from being trashed by previous occupants with the fridge missing shelves, the lampshades suffering stains, and the showerhead being improperly attached to the shower in such a way the water squirted in an awkward direction. The straw that prompted me to write this was that the hotel was actively being removatedby staff late at night on a Saturday. With music from the painters two doors down waking up my partner in the middle of the night. This is a reason not to return. Who does painting in the middle of the night on a weekend???

Horrifying experience!!!! Housekeeping ramming their carts into my hotel room door every few minutes.
Foods in the bathroom.
Kids playing soccer in the hallways.
Bugs flying around all the food.
The front desk staff can’t smile. That girl walking around chiming how her famous cousin is the ROCK. She can’t even give guests a sheet set the size of the mattress. Giving a twin set of sheets for a queen size bed.
The filth of each room. The hotel room door won’t close completely.

I needed a hotel in Lennox mass and I booked Lexington in error. The manager would not allow me to switch from one Marriott to another. I do understand it was my fault. I booked the wrong one, but I think customer service would say otherwise. The manager at this hotel in Lennox was willing to even forgo any penalty charges. The manager in Lexington didn't want to hear it just said 48 hours that's it Sorry you lose your money. I'm staying in Lennox to take care of a brother who's sick with cancer? So yes, while I did book wrong you might want to ask why without being so quick to just say no. Very disappointed in Marriott!

Out of town friends interested in history picked this hotel . They loved the spacious room , microwave - breakfast and very helpful staff and found the pricing very competitive

The service at this hotel is not very good. During my last few weekly stays, my room is not being cleaned for multiple days in a row, even when requested. Now my room is being cleaned at 730pm. I lost another hour of my day and have added stress i didnt need. The guys that work the front desk don't follow through with anything when requested. Its is a horrible feeling to come back to the room after a long day of work just to find it still uncleaned and then to have to go to the front desk with no real expectations of getting anything resolved. There is more i could add but it won't matter to the hotel staff here, they don't really care to begin with. This is the last time I stay at the Marriott location.

Had a great 3 night stay here last month, was very pleasantly surprised. Hotel lobby was clean and updated and check in staff couldn't have been friendlier and more welcoming. Rooms were a perfect size for us, comfy beds, hot showers and generally good water pressure. The breakfast spread was decent though we did find selections at times ran out and should have been restocked more often. None of this was a deal breaker and made for a great stay for our visit to Boston.

I used to enjoy this hotel. Now it is in terrible condition with mostly new residents living in the hotel with school buses and open doors all the time and people coming and going. My room had a damaged window I could not see out of. Fridge was badly damaged cosmetically and the bathroom sink was broken and repaired with a big glob of silicone through the sink. This should no longer be a Marriott branded hotel. It is in terrible condition.

Nice place to stay if visiting Boston but don't want to pay the high downtown prices and if you don't mind driving a bit. On the website it may say the pool isn't operational, BUT as of August 1, 2025 it is working.

Hard working staff, but I felt like the company may not appreciate them as much as it could. It seemed as if staff was overwhelmed by so many responsibilities. Perhaps a bump in pay.
Nice, clean property with many nice amenities. I would stay there again.

Great stay! The breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of hot food options to start the day. In the evening, the happy hour was a wonderful touch with wine and snacks that made for a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has a modern, sleek design throughout, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was awesome. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was delicious every day. The rooms were clean and inviting.
We did have an issue where the ppl before us clogged the toilet, but maintenance was in My room and had it fixed in under 10 minutes!

The room was pretty nice, but there were some repairs needed on an appliance that was not addressed very quickly and we had to go to the desk to get trash bags for the room. We had only intended to stay for our original booking, but our car broke down and we ended up staying 5 extra nights. The rates evidently went up during this time, even though they had specifically given us a price that differed from our final bill and we had to pay 208 a night for a motel where most of the staff did not speak English at all. The breakfast is not the best in the world, for sure. The eggs must have been powdered and breakfast was often cold. I have been to lower priced motels that had more of a selection on a full service breakfast then this motel. We were locked out of our room several times during the stay, because we had to request an extra night here and there during the last 5 days. I will be sure that if I am ever without transportation that I book the final days through expedia, since the staff can not keep their story straight on the charges. We were even told we would get a night free, due to a misunderstanding on our booking for the first night, but that did not happen. We were told the room was cleaned every other day unless we requested more frequently. The room was not cleaned every other day. We never even had the trash bags until we caught a staff member with a cart and requested them. We stayed at this motel 8 days and only had trash bags on the last day.
