Saturday 03-18-2023If you can close account with Santander or go to a branch where your problem better saying problem that bank causes can get solved starting from the teller line had to repeat myself multiple time because the teller has AirPods on go to the banker kept me ther for about 30min and no solution for the issue that I should’ve have or go to bank for previous that the block my card out of no reason had to call for a new one took 3 weeks to receive don’t waist your time.

Terrible bank to do business with! They are very unethical and push products on me that I don't want! I brought it up to one of her employees, and the said they are forced to sell these products or they risk losing their job! Unbelievable, upper management should be ashamed!
