“I offer a massive thanks to Stan, his wonderful team including Sonia, and Matt, for exceeding my already-high expectations when they helped me to get me into the car of my dreams a couple of months ago. This was my first time buying a car remotely, but any nervousness I had about the process, was met by and easy to reach attitude from the company's owner Stan. The car was extremely well detailed but he and his associate Matt were diligent about providing a few more details for me. When my wife and I flew in, we were taken in warmly by Sonia and Matt, who stayed quite late to see us but wanted no special credit for it. Matt touched up every little detail of the car for us as if it was his own. You can tell he's a big enthusiast who loves what he does.

“I was referred to Enterprise by my daughter who bought her vehicle from them two years ago, nothing but good came out of our discussion regarding her process and how well her car is running with no issues at all. I decided to take a look at their inventory, which was plentiful. I saw a few cars that peaked my interest. Max, my sales rep, was not only a pleasure to deal with, he was extremely knowledgable, patient, answered every question without hesitation, transparent, made me feel comfortable, confident in my decision and made the entire process extremely smooth, not something I've been used to dealing with dealerships. There were a couple of things I noticed that were wrong with the car once I got it and drove it on highway. I called Max to let him know, and he immediately got his managers Bryce and Armon (I believe thats co-managers name) involved. Both of them were extremely receptive, had the car looked at, what I felt was wrong, was, and without hesitation or arguement had the car repaired and provided me a rental to use while my car was being repaired. I cant say enough good about this entire team, especially Max and Bryce who were my two direct contacts. If I could, I would give them 100 stars. “Good and honest mechanics do exist and I found some with Bossi Auto. Phillip Bossi inherited this Wincher Auto shop from his father and kept it truly as an honest shop to go as far as I have experienced so far. Having to deal with some Cambridge and Arlington roadside shark mechanics, I must admit to my regret that I did not find this shop earlier in my own town. Phillip has two good mechanics in his shop with four car lifts. The shop is busy but not crowded. These mechanics might not say much but they are very experienced and know what they do. Price is not only competitive but very reasonable for those of us who need regular maintenance of their cars. The shop also inspects cars and provides stickers. The shop has enough parking outside and fortunately, tow truck drivers do not have to sweat to deliver the cars to the shop. I highly recommend this place for any car repair and inspection.”

“I had my Rear Brakes replaced and my tires rotated and balanced. It was after a snowstorm added to the major snowfall of the prior week. I had noticed my rear brakes were making a scraping sound and asked them to look at them. They confirmed my rear calipers and rotors needed replacement and completed the work quickly and professionally.
The people that work here are very friendly and are very attentive to completing the repair.

“I bought a well-used Chevy as my first car in the states, and struggled a lot with errors and repairs post purchase. I went to 3 different mechanics and all of them were happy to take my money and never fixed the core issue. Ravelo’s was the first place to actually test different parts and give me the bad news head on. Since then I have had an engine replaced at Ravelo’s and several services done there as well. The car runs smooth, and never had the level of issues it had prior to my visit to Ravelo’s.
I completely trust the advise these guys give and just let them do their thing. Probably the best auto workshop in MA/Boston, and its cheap compared to everything else out there!”

Their service was great and they went beyond what they needed to do. I had a small issue after I purchased the car. They came to my residence and make sure that it was fixed. Come to find out. It was my son‘s fault.. That shows you what kind of business this place is because usually when you buy a used car, you drive it off the lot.
