If you want great customer service then this is the place to go. Tony was professional, competent, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. I have been to 2 other locations recently and have spent hours with ATT chat receiving no or incorrect information. Tony took care of everything we needed and we left completely satisfied. His boss Anjelo should give him a raise!

I went here recently to buy a case and heard the female rep say โOur store comes with a protection policy that you must opt out of after 30 daysโ while upgrading someones phone. Such a lazy and misleading way of selling phone insurance lol

Honestly. This was THE BEST customer service I have received at any business / in any category, in recent memory.Tony was smart, friendly, HONEST and so so helpful! He helped us figure out the best device for our 15 year old daughter and also helped to maximize our plan. He didnโt try to upsell/ hard sell/ or push us in any direction. Just honest insightful advice and direction. He listened, brainstormed and broke it all down in a way we could easily understand.We have had a VERY difficult time with wireless and cellular providers in the past (in person and on line) - we stopped in to the Littleton AT&T store basically just to look at a 14 and I will tell you what- 100% of my wireless and cellular business will be done at this store from now onTen out of ten experience. HIGHLY recommend

Great experience. Tony helped me first by phone to prepare for my visit. When I arrived at a time he suggested, he was able to give me his full attention. I got a great phone, and he helped me with the transfer of the old apps to the new device. As well as some quick tips. ATT&T is lucky to have a guy like this. During my visit, he also helped two other customers, easily balancing all of our needs at once and making each of us feel like we were his top priority. Great customer service. The physical space is also perfect. Bright, clean, and co-located with a Starbucks. Based on this positive experience I will swap up my phone more often than I have been. As long as I can get this kind of service, it is well worth it to upgrade. This is not a paid review.

I had the most stellar experience today with Courtney. She helped me greatly with trouble shooting my new Galaxy S23 FE. She worked with me for over 2 hours to fugure out why there was a lock on my phone. We had to do a factory reset and re-install everything on my new phone. So enormously frustrating. Pkease give this rep a huge bonus!!

Last evening I had rushed to the AT&T store in crisis. I had accidently dropped my iphone down three flights of stairs. All I had to hold me over until my replacement iphone arrived was an old iphone 6 from five years ago. Anthony was nothing short of a miracle worker. He was able to get my old iphone 6 up and running with text and phone capabilities in a matter of minutes. Thank you Anthony. You made a really bad day just a bit brighter!

What a store!! I've never been to an AT&T establishment that has been so smooth. The customer service was AMAZING and the salesperson (I forget their name unfortunately) was very knowledgeable! 5 stars, 10/10
