As an active duty guy they are awful for loans, cedit score in 800s denied due to technicality of not applying in person. Dumbest thing ive ever seen. Hard pull. Active duty beware.

tried calling to speak with someone for 2 weeks now. never an answer. i was looking to get another vehicle loan as i just paid off my bike loan with them, ill be getting it elsewhere no. i dont even think they are in business anymore at this point

Not happy with this credit union. But this is where the dealer got me a loan. Should have went through my own bank. Probably would have got a better rate also. People are as d*** as rocks here.

Customer service is bad as is their website. What's the point of asking us to leave a message when you don't call back? I wanted to compare rates and have moved on.

OMG i'm reading reviews from Roanna B. and Dave D. and trying not to puke in my mouth. Listen you bunch of whiners, HFCU has the best interest rates around, and hello, the best staff. Boohoo the fax doesn't work after hours....then fax during business hours dummy!! Durrr. If you're not happy doing business with them, go somewhere else and pay more interest and deal with their smooth (sh@t show) operation. Good luck with that, i'll take my chances with this company.

I called because I need some information about my account and mailing and loan and within 4 minutes everything I need was done and I had an actual human and she was extremely kind and help with my situation incredible customer service

They make it impossible to get in contact with anyone or login in on their website. Wouldn’t recommend.

The worst. They close down their fax machine when they leave and you cannot fax important documents, such as wire transfers, because their fax number is busy. There is no phone number for the Littleton branch, so you cannot call directly to check on your transaction. Such incredibly poor service. Do they expect you to drop everything and drive to the branch to get help? I think they do. It seems to be the only option available in order to get help. Welcome to the dark ages.

I've been a member for close to 20 years now and I can state, definitely, that this is the best financial institution that I've had business with. The customer service is exceptional! I saw the review by someone who had a fraud situation occur but I've had several of those over the years, it's the world we live in now unfortunately, and Hanscom's Fraud team responded quickly every time, advising me on steps to take and resolving every incident to my satisfaction. I've had terrible experiences over the years with all of the "big name" banks with the clever commercials but Hanscom outshines them all. Highest recommendation! A+++++

Bank is in a whole HORRIBLE. They don't handle fraudulent activity quickly and make you wait long enough to forget it happened. Customer service representatives give you cryptic answers with no resolve.Isn't the first time either. In one year I've had 3 debit cards because I notice fallous activity. Time for a better bank.

Do NOT use this "credit union"...despite the name they are a for profit bank and look at "members" as cash cows.
