They are all very nice at the Littleton branch. Angela Tessie is always very helpful . She is very polite and pleasure do deal with. Everytime I have been in she goes out of her way to say hello and make sure everything is done correctly. Great bank and people to deal with !

Main Street Bank is a wonderful part of our community. Not only do they provide a great service and great people, but they also have done so much to support our community. Main Street Bank has sponsored our youth baseball & softball association for many years helping to grow not just our league, but our players too. It’s clear that Main Street cares about our town, our people and our kids and we are lucky to have them as our local bank!

The Littleton branch is my go to for banking. Tanya and Kelsey know what I need before I do and they make it so easy. I even get to bring my dog in and they show him all the love. It's a great bank.

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience here. I re-financed an auto loan and was required to open a checking account as well. I keep getting charged a $32 overdraft fee about every week or so for absolutely no reason! I have emailed repeatedly waiting for resolution on this, and it has been radio silence. I will never be banking with them again, and I suggest you don’t either. Taking advantage of a young girl because she “won’t notice” some extra charges on her card is horrible. I came to this bank because I wanted a better place to manage my money, but clearly it was a mistake since they are quite literally stealing my money.

I can’t say enough about Tanya and the team at your Littleton MA branch.I live in the NH seacoast area, the company I work for is located in MA and uses Main Street Bank for their payroll account. My bank, Northeast Credit Union, requires a 5 day hold on payroll deposits until 6 months worth have been made, because they “don’t know the company” I work for.Being on a bi-weekly pay cycle, means I have to wait nearly 3 weeks to have full access to my money because of NECU’s policy.I called the Littleton branch and explained my situation to Tanya. She was extremely understanding, telling me I could visit any of their locations to cash my check with a valid government identification.It was a 40 minute drive from the job site to the Littleton branch. After pulling up at the drive thru and briefly explaining the situation to the teller, who was equally as friendly and understanding as Tanya, took my check and ID. While I was waiting, Tanya came to the window to make sure I had no problem finding their location and gave me a card with all the Main Street Bank locations and hours.I was incredibly impressed by the level of service and friendliness of the staff at the Littleton branch. They certainly made a situation, which is a huge inconvenience for me, more bearable and speaks volumes about how Main Street Bank treats their customers. If there were a branch in my area, I would definitely be taking my business to them!

I'm a new customer to the Main Street Bank in Littleton and am so impressed. Maria Nephew and Bill Poutre were amazing in their professionalism, kindness, patience, and attention to detail. They really embody excellent customer service and I'm appreciative and grateful. Working with them was like a ray of sunshine.
