Owner Josh is incredible!! super helpful!! It was our first time ever renting storage, and he answered all of our questions and was so accommodating!!! The building and our storage unit is spacious, clean, organized!! Has a lot of amenities as well! Very happy here!!

Littleton sroa , on site manager is excellent , very helpful and pleasant . He doesn't set the unfair high rate increases that corporate gives out , very disappointed with the large increases . Josh the manager gets 5 stars corporate gets 1 .

We’ve been renting from this location for over 25 years. Josh has to be the nicest, most helpful person we’ve ever worked with. Kudos to the new owners for finding this guy. He’s a definite keeper. Place is immaculate.

As a new customer I am very happy with SROA! The rental price is reasonable, the location is convenient for me, the best thing is their customer service. The site manager Josh was very friendly, who walked abound the building to show me storage unit/ entrance for two times and answered my naïve questions patiently. Incidentally I was not able to find the switch to close the gate when leaving the building last night (Friday) at 7pm, I called 1-800 number and all the three ladies taking to me tried their best to help me out.

Have been with SROA Littleton, MA for over 2 years. Had a debit card expire and forgot to update the auto-pay. Manager Josh sent an email notifying me of the late fee and then waived it as soon as I updated the card. Anytime I've had any questions, Josh has been very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
