I highly recommend many people to switch over from Xfinity or Verizon Internet to T-Mobile 5G home Internet. This is the best route you want to go with go with T-Mobile all the way hundred percent T-Mobile phone T-Mobile mobile hotspot T-Mobile home Internet we keep on going let’s grow together, overall this location is great. Speak to Fredo or any of the other associates. They are all nice at this location. Very helpful. Proud to become a account owner myself. Been welcome to the T-Mobile family. Look forward to growing together. Thank you Fredo. A small shout out for a collective here in Littleton mass T-Mobile will be great for this location as well. Provide service to collective T-Mobile across the glow. With their mobile hotspot, you can travel anywhere with Internet. You can travel the mountains or through the caves, and one day soon will be able to go deep in the ocean with Internet anywhere from above and from below. The folks work over there are amazing! Very helpful, very relaxed, no pushing, no “directing” to what “they” need… David and Lucas were great! just genuine interest on what you need, and how they can help. Wouldn’t even think about going any other t-mobile location! Also, adequate inventory in store, very clean, most of the times pretty low key.

Going in we prepared for the worst, however it was time for new phones and bit the bullet. What a surprise, Lucas was just what we needed from the new phone recommendations to the dreaded transfer of the years of saved stuff on our old phones. You know grandmothers have about a million photos of those kids and every photo is now on her new phone. Customer service at it’s best!! I will certainly spread the word. Thanks

This carrier is good but not great, until you decide to leave them. Given that the wireless carrier market is essentially a three player game (no competition), the quality of their coverage has progressively declined over the years.You should beware of their "3rd line" promotion if and when you choose to sign up with them.We opted for this 3rd account when we signed up, but we never used it in the 3 years that we had them as our carrier. When we moved, we let them know. They turned off the two accounts that we knew we had and kept the third account (that we had completely forgotten about) running for a few more months running up our bill. This forgetfulness is what unethical businesses like these count on. You have been warned!

if their was a less than 1 star that's what I would give them! I dropped off my phones to be sent to T-Mobile because I upgraded over the phone...after reviewing my bill I was still being charged for the equipment. Luckily I had the receipt still .. but unfortunately the person who helped me in the store was on the phone and couldn't find my account said I moved to another carrier, that I didn't give them my equipment but then said oh we sent them back a few days ago after looking out back. That they had 3 to 4 weeks to return them. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not available.... I asked to leave a message. was told she would not be able to do so. I asked why I'm paying extra for their incompetence and she said I was disrespecting her and she hung up on me!I called the customer service department and they reimbursed me. I gave them all the store information. hopefully they will give them some customer service classes and maybe teach them the policies.....good luck going to this store!

They took the anxiety out of purchasing a new phone! Friendly, knowledgeable and detailed! After a very poor experience at another TMobil store not far away, I was hesitant, but glad I went in!!
