They are the first company, that despite some very delicate objects, did not damage a single item. When I recently retrieved a couple of items from their storage facility I was blown away by the care and expertise that had obviously gone into the packing and storage. Stars if you're blind, I would not recommend U-Haul by any stretch of the imagination they are stealing credit card information by telling you your card is being declined when it is not because they want to double charge you and take your credit card information run away from this business oddly enough, he stores his U-Haul trucks at the most expensive gas station in Massachusetts BP powder Mill Road419 a gallon buddy really bull crap. Somebody should shut these guys down.”

“Dealer good-Website bad! Your U-Haul Website is absolutely useless. It never works and I have tried to use it at various locations. Fortunately the staff at the locations are great and always help you out but you can forget about "self" check-in/check out" and God help you if you show up after hours when a location is closed. Shut it down, fix it and rerelease it, it's worse than JetBlue which is at zero stars.”
