If we could give this store 10 STARS we would! Bravo to Brandon and Jason, you guys were SOO helpful, professional, patient and amazing! BTW this is Ellen the DUKE BLUE DEVILS Fan but it is being posted under my husband! He agrees if we ever need anything Verizon related your store is 100 percent the BEST PLACE EVER to go!

We decided it was time to upgrade our phones. We ordered the phones and set up an appointment to trade in the old phone and migrate to the new. Brandon and Cory were great with some tough technical issues. What was really impressive is how they worked together, backed each other up, and kept focus on all the customers. Great experience and a great team!

I went in expecting a root canal but had a great experience. Elizabeth was tremendous, got so excited making something work on my phone she knocked her glasses off! Truly 5 Star customer service!

Cory Morton was amazing his knowledge and out the box perspective was able to retrieve my photos and set my new phone. His knowledge of cyber security and technology makes him a key employee whose skills exceeded my expectations. Should there be a position in the company he is someone that should be strongly considered and communicate to. Thanks you Rosanna

I wanted to be sure that I left a review somewhere about this store. Here I go:
Unfortunately, I dropped my phone, the screen cracked and the phone went black. You know the story! Ugh. I didn't know where to start. I went to two stores and became very discouraged. I had a few questions that I wanted answered, prior to spending $800 or more on a phone. Both of these locations were definitely focused on selling me a phone. Okay, I get that...but my gosh, the second guy was basically rude. ( no other customers were in the store, BTW) And then I walked into Verizon in Littleton.
Brandon waited on me . He was intelligent and helpful. I DID end up purchasing a new phone. ( I probably would have bought 5 phones from him!) I can't say enough about how easy he was to work with. He even tried to hook me up with a spare phone I could take home while I waited a couple of days for my new phone to be delivered.
When I went back to pick up my phone, I didn't see Brandon and I cringed a bit. Elizabeth waited on me..and to my delight, she was also fantastic!. I HAD to make sure that I told someone. These owners certainly know how to hire staff. They have prioritized customer service. I applaud you guys!
