This place doesn’t offer free air to fill your tires. This is against the law. My tire was flat and I went to get air and they refused. They told me to go down the street to another gas station which was able to help me luckily. Just a really scummy thing to do, hopefully they can fix this before the DCP gets involved. You guys are putting people in danger by refusing to give free air. This has gone on for months so I’m sure that the owner is well-aware of their wrong-doings.

Went to Pride in Easts Longmeadow today. I could not get my app to work so I went inside for assistance. The assistant manager, Hector, told me I had to get the new app. I asked for help with it. He handed me a brochure and said follow directions. It was not clear to me so I asked for assistance again. He refused. I finally got the app loaded in my truck, but it was not clear how to use it. I went back in the store and the other attendant helped me out. What a difference. one wanted to help and the assistant manager, Hector, didn't. That's how you lose customers.

Legit none of the pumps will let you pay at the pump anymore. Causing the lines always to be long. The workers do not get paid enough to deal with everyone having to walk in to pay for gas. Hell most of us don’t even have the time to wait in a line just to get to the pump then another line just to pay.

On April 21 around 9:30 pm blonde woman working there displayed horrific customer service.I know we all have our moments but this was crazy and the expression on her face! Pay at the pump at all costs If you see angry blonde woman inside behind the counter. That is.
