  I drop off packages for my son once in a while that are taped, packed, and labeled. Jessie always takes care of me quite well. If you make their job easy, you will definitely be rewarded with excellent service! Will always continue to bring my drop offs to this location!

  this UPS location is the best in Western MA! Has great employees, they will take care of you! The only people I see complaining are people who have the packing skills below an infant and entitled Karen's. Is a fantastic location and everyone working there is fantastic

  I've been a customer here for a while. I've done notarization and been a business customer here. Jess and her family are amazing people and I will drive past another UPS just to support this location. The family owned business is full of kind people and great customer service. I miss them since I moved away but I highly recommend being a customer here 😀

  I used this office to return some Amazon purchases and shipping some stuff. Jasmine was truly amazing. She was very welcoming, helped me to figure out what I need and overall had a great visit. I am glad I chose this location and will come back again. Thank you!

  Ups store in Longmeadow, MA is a great place to go for all your shipping needs. The employees; Jessie, Marie, Jasmine & Kyle offer top notch shipping knowledge and are always very kind and patient with me and my shipping needs. The employees listed above always greet me with a smile and their work ethic is through the roof. Keep up the great exceptional service Ups store Longmeadow !!!

  Couldn’t give this place a more horrible review if I could. Right when I went in there I was greeted by some mad at the world little stalky woman who yelled at me because I didn’t know how to print the labels on machine to ship my items, (as I don’t work at UPS. So then come to packing my 9 items to ship. They told me they could not pack my items to be shipped for me and I had to do it myself. And the last package they said they wouldn’t accept because it had a USPS postal tracking number on it and they were in a personal dispute with the store a few doors down (so childish, and why should I the customer have to suffer?). Then Jesse came in the picture, she claimed herself to be the manager and thought she was the CEO of UPS by the way that she talked, she needs a huge reality check to where she is in in life at her age, but anyway i asked her kindly for the employee who had yelled at and accosted me (in front of other customers mind you) and she said she wouldn’t give her name so i could file a complaint and all I needed to know was that she was “Jessy” the manager. What a clown show that is. Humble yourselves UPS Longmeadow. I’m also filing a complaint with the states attorney generals office and a complaint with the BBB. Do not give this UPS your business!!!!

  This is a great shop. Ignore the negative reviews- the staff is friendly and helpful, and they have a tedious job to do all day, especially returning all our Amazon purchases!! ?

  Please do send packages or use them as a Fed Ex pick up location They openly state the are not responsible but will charge you extra to have packages picked up Use your local Fed Ex office or the Postal service you will receive better customer service
