I have utilized this location daily for 27 years! Each and every employee from Christine( now retired), Jose, Maria, Destiny, Alex and others have always been extremely cordial and helpful. This includes their ability to assist in mailing locally, nationally and internationally. Always quick efficient and professional to make sure my items are mailed properly. Many customers who I have seen that seem in a rush or short on time are always helped with an explanation of what to expect on delivery times. Every staff member is top notch in my book.

On today service lady is so rude.just watch her phone say computer system is down. Can do anything!,Then I ask her a questions she is so mad! Don’t understand if you don’t like this job why don’t stay home?

Honestly, this place could just shut down and merge with the E Longmeadow branch which is only 5 mins away. If you just need to mail something, this place works. Most additional services won’t happen here, including mail hold pick up (was told they don’t have carriers and then directed me to EL even though nowhere is there mention of this). Employees are helpful and nice, but again, merging the two since everything runs through EL seems like a more logical use of resources.

We love our mail carrier. We normally love this post office but whoever you’ve got working here 2/21 & 2/22 2023 at the counter keeps screwing up and very clearly has way under zero clue what she’s doing. She keeps locking herself out of the computer. Yesterday she couldn’t even accept my package. This is getting ridiculous.

This is a terrific post office. Very friendly and helpful people working here. The employees here go above and beyond for the community and their customers. I wish they were this nice in my town. Highly recommend coming here for all of your postal needs. Love shipping packages from here. They’re just so helpful!

I was in the Longmeadow post office and having a hard time with mailing and address. One fellow didn't want to help me at all but Maria took the time about 5 minutes and solved the problem. She was so calming and went out of her way to help me.Thank you for taking the lead extra step and helping me with this matter.Wonderful lady.Ps if people took just a little time to help others what a great world this would be.Thanhy you again Maria and God Bless and keep you safe

No one ever answers the phone at this post office. I have tried calling for over an hour. The phone rings and rings and no one answers.
