My experience was fantastic from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist, and offered a drink. My hairstylist as always was prompt, friendly and did an amazing job. I loved my hair and I will definitely be back.

Haven’t stopped crying. Asked for ghost roots where u bleach the roots and blend black into it. Showed so many reference photos. In the end the black was not blended and patchy. Blond was toned the wrong color. And was 250$. Everyone was nice but now I look messed up completely.

I think everyone has their own experiences, and I am just stating mines. I think the owner is really sweet and talented but I’m not sure if they know how to handle Asian hair. I understand our hair is more stubborn than others and etc. I just wish there was more communication. I have went to this place 3 times, and everytime I went I wasn’t really happy with the results. The first time someone messed up my hair really bad and didn’t really take accountability afterwards. But she’s no longer working there. The second time I asked for lighter highlights, they were cute but okay. The highlights were bulky and didn’t touch my roots. Here’s some before and after pictures. Somehow, my front hairs are always lighter than the others but I’m always scared to speak up because I expect the people doing my hair knows what they’re doing. And I never really notice the flaws until I get home. And the 3rd experience I had here recently just blows my mind. I asked for a root touch up and my hair is just a light brown. In the 3rd picture, this is what I got for a root touch up. I don’t think it matched the roots at all. She was going to let me leave like this until I SAID something. But after speaking up , which I was scared to, she fixed it and I felt better…until I went home and saw it doesn’t even touch my roots. :( And not only that, I paid 160 plus tip for the root touch up. I felt like I was charged for the amount of product that was used but not the actual effort that was put on my hair. It just makes me sad because I look at other peoples hairs and reviews and wish I got the same experience. So…if you have Asian hair, I don’t think this place is right for you, respectfully!! :)

Went to get my hair did for my daughter's Quinceañera!! Kim did an amazing job and I got soooo many compliments!! I'm still in love with my new "me"

My daughter and I got great haircuts here. We were walk ins and the salon is very pleasant and inviting. We love our cuts and the women who own the place are so nice. We highly recommend this place. A great value

Cut and color...talk about quality and service... these ladies have it all. The environment alone I open and energized. I have been to both Shannon and Maria and they both rock! I would give them ten stars if I could!!
