“Upon entering, I was greeted by Shevonne, she was so awesome!!!unfortunately just my luck there were no gas cars. Except a chevy bolt electric car. Shevonne told me I was going to like this car. I being driving this car for a week and I really enjoy my rental car is sooo fast. I love it!!All men enjoy a really fast car.Great recommendation.Shevonne is who helped me and she was so hospitable and thorough. In Massachusetts sometimes good customer service is hard to find. But at the Hertz at 831 Rogers St in lowell Shevone will go the extra mile with a smile. Thanks for the great work Shevonne!!!!”

“Nothing but great experiences here!! I drive a beater that I've had since high school, and I've ran into a few issues since my car is essentially an old, beat-up tank. My dad is a mechanic, and he usually helped working on my car - but I've since moved up here and I've been hesitant on going to a shop because I'm worried I'd be taken advantage of. Pricing is affordable and they're completely transparent. When replacing my muffler, they noticed a hole in my catalytic converter that they patched for free. I had a broken mirror; and although their bodywork was completely booked they managed to order a new mirror and install it within a few days. They know what they're doing, and everyone I've spoken to here is friendly, honest, and will do the job right. I'll continue to be a repeat customer, and they're the only shop I'll trust with my loved and old little Corolla.”

“Before I came to Jax I had a horrible experience with Toyota in Woburn. I read the reviews for Jax and they were all positive so I decided to go and give this dealership a chance. Best decision I've ever made.. not only did I find a car I loved but Jason made the entire process easier then I could have imagined. All of this happened at the beginning of the covid-19 crisis and I didn't think i would be able to get the car until after due to most RMV's being closed. However, Jason managed to get in and get my plates and I had my car! Awesome customer service. I would recommend 10/10”

“We were 900 miles from home for work. My truck broke down and no one would rent to us because we didn't have a major credit card . Bargain rented to us with our debit card . Had a car for us with just a 2 day notice and we ended up extended for 3 additional weeks . Returned the car and next day had our deposit back . Best rental car service I e ever had”

“This is the best car rental agency in the world. Mike, the manager, gave me the kindest customer service and best pricing. I had a very complicated moving task after my parents passed. I flew in from California and because there was so much stuff in storage I needed 3 weeks of rentals including 2 box trucks, an SUV, and a one way rental. Mike went out of his way to save me time and money. I honestly felt like he was my big brother, or favorite cousin helping me out. He gave me great rates on the moving trucks and helped me figure out the most economical ways to structure the rental. When I decided to do the one way rental from NH to OK he gave me a wise suggestion to rent a minivan if I could get all the stuff I wanted in there, they ARE pretty big with the seats folded down. I'm so glad I did it like that but he was going to help me get a difficult-to-find cargo van if I had decided to transport some bigger items.All in all, 1000 stars. Kindness is what really makes the world a nice place.”
