I don't know how Dr Chang gets the bad review. Both my in-laws go there ,the staffs there are so friendly, provide service very quickly. Dr Chang is very knowledgeable, very easy communicate too.... so much more.

This doctor uses his experience, his knowledge and his intelligence to diag and treat patients, not totally relying on equipment and lab report. He is sharp and humorous. He controlled my blood pressure and cholesterol level well. Recommend!
