CVS is thought of as kind of pricey because its a convenience factor, but if you are a Carepass memeber once a month you get $10 to spend on anything(*not sure if it can be used on scripts) and as a member they send you HUGE coupons for 30-40% off an item all through out the month and when added to the $10 credit it turns something like the Gillette Razor ProGlide 12 pack that's $59 dollars retail into $29.40!
-$10 credit=$49 -40%(-$19.60)=$29.40 SO.. 50% OFF every month! Definitely worth looking into is all I'm saying :)

Over a ten day period, the Bridge Street Lowell CVS pharmacy couldn’t find the transfer of my partner’s prescription sent them from another CVS. After learning of this error, the doctor had to resend the prescription on three separate occasions, to which the pharmacy says they never received any of them.

Came in for deodorant you know a quick two minute thing pressed button for customer service waited 20 minutes pressing it multiple times no one came up walked to front register two people on their phone….wont ever come back to this one

The young woman @ the register was bothered I was there Guess she was having a bad day I brought it to the manager ( short fat guy balding ) he was also bothered I will no longer shot there & will spread this thru social media

I had been going to this CVS for more than 6 years. For the same meds. I received a pick up notification. Since they cut out the 24 hours pharmacy now they have a mess of meds everywhere. Even on the floor. They look for my med and couldn’t find it in that mess. They told me to come back tomorrow to pick up. Once I got there. The same problem. A mess of meds and they can’t find it. This time they tell me that the new merchandise comes in at 4pm. I know they’re human but I don’t work there. They do. They should had told me come by after 5pm. and all would had been better. am not a mind reader. I’m not the only one taking this med. why do they run out. THEY SHOULD GO BACK TO 24 Hours. To fix the problem. Overnight could take away the meds that aren’t picked up. Or fix the mess of having the meds on the floor. My anger wanted me to jump over and Star braking things. Good thing I didn’t want to be on video
They should had be more human
and the administration should go back to 24 hr but sadly is all about saving money
I gave them a 3 star because is a great store but this cut off hours are braking the system

Not 24/7, they lock the doors to prevent customers coming in when they're supposed to be open.
