They have really spun things around the past month. I've noticed this happening recently at a lot of businesses. It's great to have the good old CVS back. The new one was terrible.

Lost my prescription, then kept saying it would be there tomorrow for several days. And even when things are working, it’s plain to see they’re understaffed from the lines and delays. Add on the constant phone calls CVS makes during normal work hours and it’s really hard to find anything good to say.

They used to have a 24 hour pharmacy....it now has limited hours ......makes it very inconvenient....they push delivery...it might be free at the moment I am not sure..but it is CVS THEY WILL CHARGE TOO MUCH ...OVER TIME

Ah the Bridge St CVS. - jacked up prices - rude employees And to top it all off their manager is INSANEE This employee would not let me receive a package from UPS drop of and proceeded to turn irate when I contacted the police for help recovering my property. I have the entire situation recorded and will continue to share.

I went to CVS pharmacy to pick up amoxicillin for my son. The pharmacist told me to wait 20 minutes. I waited at the store. I approached again after 20 minutes to pick up the med only to be told they don’t have amoxicillin and I would have to get it filled at a different drug store. Why didn’t anyone tell me this when I was waiting there? It turned into a 2 hour ordeal to get the medication… and parents know how it’s so important to get that dose of medication in their child as soon as possible. Complete incompetence!

The worst cvs pharmacy I have ever been to in my 35 years of living! They almost never answer the phones they pick up and hang up all the time send straight to voicemail! They never have any of the medication in stock and the pharmacy staff are all so rude!! Attitude any time you speak to any of them wether in person or the rare occasion they do answer the phones.

I had been going to this CVS for more than 6 years. For the same meds. I received a pick up notification. Since they cut out the 24 hours pharmacy now they have a mess of meds everywhere. Even on the floor. They look for my med and couldn’t find it in that mess. They told me to come back tomorrow to pick up. Once I got there. The same problem. A mess of meds and they can’t find it. This time they tell me that the new merchandise comes in at 4pm. I know they’re human but I don’t work there. They do. They should had told me come by after 5pm. and all would had been better. am not a mind reader. I’m not the only one taking this med. why do they run out. THEY SHOULD GO BACK TO 24 Hours. To fix the problem. Overnight could take away the meds that aren’t picked up. Or fix the mess of having the meds on the floor. My anger wanted me to jump over and Star braking things. Good thing I didn’t want to be on videoThey should had be more humanand the administration should go back to 24 hr but sadly is all about saving moneyI gave them a 3 star because is a great store but this cut off hours are braking the system

They don't update their hours on the website, you drive there just to see printed notes saying the store is closed until 7am. Ridiculous

Tell me how I drop off my prescription at 8pm , at that time I told him I did not have insurance an I will pay. He said 30 mins. I come back a little past 9:30 to pick it up am he tells me because I don’t have insurance he did not get it ready. I have gone to many cvs/Walgreens. Sometimes I forgot to specify I don’t have insurance THEY STILL NEED TO GET IT READY. I live 30 mins away from this cvs an I have no car. So the process it was trying to get someone to take me back out there could have been avoided had he done his job. I don’t care if you close at 10. I brought you that prescription at 8 you said 30 mins. I gave you an hour. Should have been done. So over this pharmacy, an the staff.

The pharmacy staff seem like you're bothering them when you ask questions .The drive through is incredibly, painfully, woefully slow. Inside is not much better. As an example, I've been sitting here for 10 minutes and it hasn't moved. There are three cars in front of me, two behind me and one on the street waiting to get in line. Scratch that, two on the street. Now 3. 8 cars total. I try to get my prescriptions filled by express scripts to avoid this place, but it's not always possible .

Thursday --- happened from about 7 to 830p by the time I left..... so.. Finally decided to drop this pharmacy. I was on hold and no one picked up after twenty minutes.. 3 times. One hour. You can hear the phone clicking back to rering them. .. So while I drove to the pharmacy still on hold, got to drivethru. As usual, 3 or 4 technicians working. I ask about why literally they are choosing to not answer the phone ( I can hear it ringing in the background) the technician says "we're short staffed" ok? I'm sorry to hear that but.. it's really no excuse to not answer phones.. at all.... For over an hour. nothing new really, everything at this cvs happens at horrible pace. Pretty sure everyone working there is completely numb to complaints and questions. Upper management really needs to look at this place. Huge huge output always 4 people working but always still slammed! There is a reason I go need to go to a 24 hour pharmacy to pick up my meds.. I've been to about 4 or 5 CVS over the course of my life and this one is one to avoid! Stay away.

Rx sent in the morning, my wife waited at 10am. Child is sick and cant be waiting. 242pm currently and says its not ready on the app still. Called 3x and was put immediately on hold. Terrible service, worst ive had at any pharmacy. Time to change pharmacy. Only good thing is its open 24 hours, which they might have u wait those 24 hours to get ur prescription so up to you if you have that time on her hands. We dont

The pharmacists are very rude and do not listen they continuously talk over you when trying to communicate your needs to them ,after I explained that I need a specific type of needle the pharmacist offered me a syringe which is not what I was looking for they were no help at all also usually other pharmacys will ask if you would like to see if there are any at another location
