The Dollar Tree on 169 Nehall Street is so nasty and dirty. That makes no sense for a business to be that nasty its ridiculous and it shouldn't be so.

The employees are rude, and their efforts are low. I understand the job may not be ideal, but is it really that difficult to put on normal clothes instead of pajamas? The shelves are nearly empty, which is understandable, but it's also a great opportunity to organize and clean up. Unfortunately, the place remains a mess.

Could use some help, putting away merchadise in the boxes stored in the aisle. I'm sure the homeless gentleman who greets their customers, wouldnt mind giving a hand.

I often find great deals at this store, however it always looks like a person with ADD and low self-esteem manages it! Don't use the lame excuse that it's Lowell or that it's the customers. Organization and management starts at the top and trickles down.Your store is always dirty and there are boxes everywhere ALWAYS. Hire people who carry themselves well and take pride in the work they do, cause it AIN'T the crew you have right now. Shame on the owners. Clean up or the city will be forced to shut you down.

Just leaving Dollar Tree in Lowell has to be the filthiest store first you walk in the front door in between the two doors they must have not vacuumed it for months trash in the doorways ankle high shelves are empty everything's ripped open nothing's where it's supposed to be dirty dirty store managers blowing up balloons nine people in line there was already 35 balloons blown up yes while I was waiting in line I counted ..send somebody to this store to square it away won't ever come to this one again I'd rather go out of my way to find a store that's clean and well stocked

The dirtiest dollar tree I have ever been too . The manager needs to reevaluate the employee no one is doing actual work . The trash outside this store is ridiculous and the bathroom is unsanitary. 3 days and the trash is still the same 02 / 23 /2024

Due to my wandering about I am a familiar with a number of Dollar Tree stores. The store in Lowell has got to be one 6 the dirtiest in the morning Dollar Tree in system. Weny to this location a couple of weeks. It was filthy then. Now 2 weeks later, it even more of a mess if that's believable. I know the operation runs with a minimum of staff but that's no excuse for not management (local or corp) not doing a weekly cleanup. They should be embarrassed.

Always go I never had a issue with workers always been very polite to me and my childrens always fine what I am looking for and perfect for my pockets ??☺️ ????♀️??♀️
