I recently purchased a Toyota 4runner from Drum Hill Autos. I had a wonderful experience working with John and Angelina. John was very helpful, knowledgable and transparent throughout the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly. He also has a registry on site which was a plus! Angelina was so kind and welcoming and also made my experience so easy. Everyone at Drum Hill Autos was so friendly and super easy to talk to. I highly recommend visiting them if you’re looking for a used car at a great price! Thank you John and Angelina for your time and patience!

I bought a vehicle here, it’s a great vehicle no problems what so ever. Also my town made mistakes while registering and titling the vehicle and drum hill auto took the time and went above and beyond to help me get the town to make right on their mistake. I would recommend this place 100%

For personal reasons I did not made a purchase, and no is not my credit LOL. However, I cannot pass this opportunity to express how pleasant my visit to Drum Hill Autos was a couple of weeks ago... From the minute I pulled into the parking lot, Angelina came out to welcome me, she showed me the car I was interested in and a few other options, she took the time to understand what I was looking for, but never felt any pressure or sales tactics being used in order to get me to buy a car, just easy going conversation and good old fashion customer service that is so rare these days...If you are in the market for a used car, I highly recommend visiting this dealership, great selection and top notch service...

Just purchased Jeep Gladiator (BAD ASS Rubikong) over the weekend. I can’t say enough how it was an awesome experience!! The King John/ Γιάννης and Angelina(the boss) :):):):) were a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Drum Hill Autos. They have some really nice cars out there for all the budgets and Likes. John is going to be honest with you (no just to sale you the car with fake smile)He will try to help you till the end and make things happens.

I’m giving three stars because they gave me a very fair price for my trade in. The experience that I had there was more one star.
The whole process was quite clunky. Management was yelling and raising his voice often at employees. Also was complaining about the employees that worked there to me, a customer. Waited 4 hours for my vehicle the day it was supposed to be ready for pickup. They had caused a huge dent in my vehicle that they said would come out, and is still prominent, but did not reduce the price because they said they got it mostly out. It stands out and honestly I just went along with it because I don’t know any better.
Will not be buying cars here in the future.

Update:After four and a half years I got my dream truck from Drum Hill Auto. John assisted me in all aspects having the truck redetailed financing literally showing me the banks apr and terms on the computer. Registration, tax title plates and contacting my insurance. He is honest and just all around good guy. Thanks Drum Hill Auto.Have looked at multiple vehicles here. I am a slow and meticulous buyer. John, the owner, and his employees have gone out of their way to assist me with searches, reasonable finance, and assistance in finding the right vehicle to fit my family and me. Several times steering me away from cars and trucks with poor performance, high break down rates, or costly repairs. John is a stand up guy and has very patient with me as I have been visiting his lot over a year now. He is involved thoroughly in all sales and has been in the business for decades. He really knows his stuff and wants to get you the vehicle right for you, not just make a sale. I haven't purchased yet, but I still return to his lot because I trust him. I have been burnt by every dealer nearby with false promises, meaningless warranties, crappy vehicles, and subpar service. But as I said it's been a year and he isn't upset, treating me with respect and kindness. Thank you Drum Hill Auto.

I just purchased an SUV over the weekend. I can’t say enough how it was an awesome experience!! John and Angelina were a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Drum Hill Autos. They have some really nice cars and SUVs but it’s not the big dealer type of experience.
