Worked with Paul today. He knew there was a good chance we would not be buying today due to lease terms, but he still took the time to show us the 3 vehicles we were interested in and answer all our questions. I'll definitely be working with him to find the right vehicle for me.

Ford Drumhill "Steve" in parts is rude. Everytime i call this place, i always have a bad experience with one of the workers. The way they talk to their customer is just rude and awful. We been in business for 30 years. You just lost me as a customer. Call FORD GERVAIS or BEST LINCOLN FORD in NASHUA. FORD DRUMHILL SERVICE SUCKS! Everything about FORD DRUMHILL is bad!

I had scheduled an appointment for service for the 8th of August 2019. When I got there in time for the appointment, I learned that they had a power outage and would not be able to tend to me. Completely understanding the issue I called them up to reschedule an appointment to which they did not consider the fact that my car already has it's service due and they gave me a date for the 27th of this month. The representative did not sound d considerate when he was aware that the car needed other work than just a service. I have been facing issues with my windows where they would malfunction and all rainwater to leak into the vehicle itself. Also, what I learned was that they themselves do not work with water issues and have somebody else work on it. Do all the Ford service stations do that? It is just weird how inconsiderate they can be to you.

I have a 2017 F350 that I got from a different dealership. On two separate occasions now I've needed minor warranty work done. Both times I've called drum hill and both times they refused to look at my truck. My rear window leaks in heavy rain. They told me they can't look at it because their truck technician is quitting, and they are unable to work on ANY trucks. It's window gasket! Same as on a Taurus! Ford is moving to an all truck lineup, the F150 if the best selling vehicle of all time, and you can't look at trucks? Yah ok.

I went in thinking it was a pipe dream to get a fairly new car at a decent price. They allowed me to test drive whichever car I wanted. I fell in love with a 2017 Ford. Then I had to go through the paperwork and they were very accommodating to my needs. My car broke down while we were waiting for paperwork to finalize and they allowed me to use a loaner while I wait for everything to be finalized. They also covered the tow because I could not afford it.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to call for any type of service - you know, the 5 recalls my car always seems to have, or even the simplest of things like changing out the battery that for some reason was designed so you can't remove it yourself - its always that they're booked out at least a week. You want to get a rental because they can't tell you they can get your car serviced within a day? They're booked out a month. I will never buy a Ford from these guys again. I probably won't buy a Ford again. Why make a car that a person can't replace their own battery?!

From disappointing to disgusting: This review is long overdue. I have never had such a bad and aggravating experience with any product or business in my life before as with Drum Hill Ford, the vehicle they sold me, and its manufacturer Ford Motor Company. Nor have I ever come across such a staggering level of incompetence. Service in the back is absolutely incapable of repairing the garbage they sell in the front. About two years ago, I bought a new Edge Sport for about $50K out of the door. During the first weeks of my ownership, a plethora of manufacturing defects became apparent. From chipping paint on the front bumper to a defective exhaust system to alignment issues with both driver-side doors, causing paint-damage on doors and fender. One of the door trim panels turned out to be Oxford White--instead of White Platinum Metallic which I paid an almost $700 premium for. A safety recall and other random defects were to follow. After several half-assed "repairs" by Drum Hill Ford, I was left with a poorly painted bumper that did (and does) not even closely match the color of the rest of the vehicle. The alignment issues persist to this day, causing doors and door panels to touch each other. Not only did Drum Hill Ford return the vehicle multiple times without having repaired most of the defects, they managed to add further damage like a ding in the driver's door, which they covered up with touch-up paint and didn't even disclose until I pointed it out. Instead of properly repairing the alignment issues by re-aligning the doors, they simply bent (!) the fender out of the way to prevent the door from touching it, cut into the sheet metal to do so, and messed up the paint even further. It's completely beyond me how anyone could call this a repair, return the vehicle with even more damage, and expect me to accept this. If I was Service Manager Alan Randell, I would be ashamed. Steve Twombly and Bernie Ristuccia--respectively GM and owner of this self-proclaimed top dealer in customer satisfaction that treats you like family--couldn't care less either. To this day, nothing but silly excuses, empty promises, and straight lies. I absolutely hate this vehicle and can't wait to get it out of my life. Not for the ridiculously bad build quality. In the first place, for the experience associated with it--my experience with Drum Hill Ford and Ford Motor Company, whose customer service is a total joke and hardly deserves its name. The way these companies treat their customers is nothing short of disgusting. Needless to say, you'll never see me anywhere near one of those blue ovals again to buy a new car. My advice to anybody considering buying a Ford or doing any kind of business with Drum Hill Ford: DON'T!

The staff at DrumHill Ford were great to deal with, put together most of my deal online prior to going to the showroom. When I did go it was fast, efficient and very fair. I am very happy with the car and would recommend DrumHill Ford.
