I am not an account holder here but needed to cash a check. Cameron was incredible! I couldn’t have asked for a more smooth and enjoyable transaction. Cameron was the perfect level of friendly and relatable mixed with a confident ease that informs the customer it is not his first rodeo, you’re in great hands and whatever you need will be done with precision and accuracy. Makes me think about opening accounts over there!

One of the managers here is on a ego trip, I was away and couldn't answer her call my business account went to 0 I guess. while my personal account had thousands in it. The call was to transfer money from my personal account into my business which is fine but since she couldn't reach me that week she closed my business account and now basically refuses any other branch to allow me to open it again. Never owed them money never had a negative account with them just couldn't return her call within a week lol even the other branch management are like we don't know why she is not letting it open up. Now I have a personal account with them still and always worry this petty person will do something to that money in there. Edit: felt I should mention I had my business account there for like 5 years no problems so really surprising that one person can do this to a account from missing a phone call/voicemail for 1 week

Enterprise is `a first class institution as witnessed by its great ratings from its customers and employees.. it’s in this vein that I would mention the name ofStephen D’Addario of the Andover branch. Recently, Steve dropped everything to straighten out a relatively minor issue that I had with my checking account. It’s my understanding that Steve has only been with the Bank a short time but it was made very clear to me that he has a great understanding of the Enterprise culture of putting the customer first. Called twice. Went through entire process of choose 1-2, choose 1-5, choose 1-4, choose 1-2 then held 25 minutes each time to talk to human being before finally hanging up.
