I went there needing to get some balloons, I asked if they’re able to inflate them for me, they flat said no we can’t right now. Usually I’m an understanding person, especially if there was a lot of customers needing help but there was barely anyone there. Won’t be going back anytime soon

Loved it here! Affordable prices for my daughter's dream bedroom. Even if we had to pay for bags we still enjoyed the items that we got!

Don't have bathrooms for customers that you don't want them to use. I find it hard to believe that both bathrooms are not working.

Received excellent customer service from Jose during a humid hot summer day. He was the only person at the register up front who was patient, kind and dealt with the long line of customers on the eve of Independence Day week.
Will definitely be back as I was able to find some great deals on items!

The worst customer service I went around 12:30 to 1:00 to buy two chargers when I got to pay the long haired blonde white girl took the chargers out of my hand and told me there is no self checkout anymore and she took them herself He charged it seemed disrespectful to me, I don't understand why they have it if it supposedly doesn't “work” I will definitely NOT return…

This was an awful experience that will make me rethink going back. Was there with children using Xmas money and employee was stocking shelves and swearing every time something feel of the shelves. At checkout there was two employees completely ignoring customers and focusing on their own purchases instead of helping. Was told my cash wasn’t working is not his problem and there was nothing he would do. Very unprofessional and rude which is to bad because kids liked this place.
