So the only complaint is the mens locker room....I wish guys would have decency and cover up with a towel. I wish they would enforce it at the front desk. But otherwise the gym is great I'm a bigger guy and no one gives me weird looks as I try to get in shape. I'm comfortable. I like the hot tub in the locker room and the sauna. Very nice staff and people are generally friendly and say hello. Every now and again you will meet some interesting characters to say the least, but honestly I love the YMCA and have gone for 4 years now.

I was at these facilities for physical therapy and women's locker room only has a steam room now why don't the women have a Whirlpool or a hot tub as the men do and I'm sorry but I find being able to go into a hot tub or whirlpool very relaxing after doing physical exercise other than that the facility has come a long way in the upgrades and I am considering a membership outside of physical therapy but I would like the amenities for men and women to be equal

Spanish guy and a Spanish lady are so mean to black people when say hello to them they ignore you and this is a young men Christian association place. This should be a loving and caring place. As it stands for Christians, Where's the love ❤️

They only have family swim on the weekend for a few hours. The renovated locker rooms are really nice I wish they kept the pool area warmer. Towel service is down often so bring a towel. The staff are really nice and helpful

Cool for $10/day but wish they had a discount for ppl who go to the Lowell Shelters so we can use the showers for people who work 3rd & 2nd shift or something.. And discounts if your paying for 2 people.

Friendly staffs. Adequate working out equipments. Punching bag, swimming pool, hot/cold jacuzzi, steam and suana. Good management with no contract and hidden fee like the notorious best fitness. They mistakenly charge me for one month but ymca manager refund it next days.

I must say very clean and having a steam room,sauna and hot tub makes it even better!!
