Just got my truck back after an incident where I went off the road and through the woods. Almost 360 degree damage. I was torn. The truck is brand new. Pearl white. With OVER 30K in damage. I didn't even want the truck back and was nervous about what I would be getting back and the process. They walked me through everything. Every step of the way. When I got my truck back, I'm telling you I could not see or tell there was ANY damage. Whether the panel was replaced or repaired, it looked brand new. After over 24 years in the automotive aftermarket, I know what I'm looking for. Great shop. Great experience. Great people. At the end of the day, I'd trust these guys with my vehicle. Hands down.

Abysmal service. Front bumper was not even close to being lined up after the first visit. Bring it back, swirls everywhere and bumper still does not line up as it used to. Small dings all over, and just noticed I am missing 2 bolts on my air intake, which were there previous to my visit. I am noticing shoddy work months after bringing my car in, extremely disappointed as they had 2 chances to fix everything. If you care even slightly about your vehicle, find somewhere else. Also, upon calling to explain my grievances, I was met with complete sarcasm. Mentioned there were swirls on my hood and the response was “oh yes, on the area we didn’t touch?” Just shows how fantastic of a shop this is.

office girls are very efficent , smooth transaction, couldnt get any better ,… had body work done , when i arrived it looked like a new truck , highly recommend, professional business, wouldnt go anywhere else , truck was ready days before i expected it 😀

I had forgotten what good customer service was like until I took my car to Hamel Brothers. They were exceptional!! From the time I walked in the door until I drove my repaired car away, they made everything so easy with friendly, customer oriented service. They set up the rental of a car and the rental was there when I dropped my car off. They kept me updated while my car was being fixed, worked with the insurance company, and best of all, the repair work was excellent! The car looked like it did when I bought it.
Bravo to everyone at Hamel Brothers. You were great!
