This Bank is unreliable!! Today we are expect to get snow, A dusting to an inch and a half and ALL branches are closed "Due to In climate weather". When did New England Banks become so afraid of a little friggin snow. "For the safety of our employees" bull shit! You live in New England , you know how to drive on the roads. I could see a Nor Eastern Storm or freezing ice but 1 to 2 inches? Really? Ever since Covid they shut down for ever little thing. It's shameful. Find another bank! Try St. Mary's. They shut down also but they usually leave one branch open for emergencies.

They make things extremely inconvenient.... Cant do ANYTHING online, always have to call, text/chat, or visit a branch. Opening my account was inconvenient, had to wait for a business day and call in.. Waited on hold for awhile... Trying to transfer money from an external account to them... OH cant do that for 30 days after opening my account???!!! What the acutal..... I got told their a credit union, they do things differently.... Well I bank with another credit union over 15 years, never had an issue doing things from the comfort of my own home when ever I please to.

Words can really not express how incompetent these people are. You can't leave a google review of them because they've blocked them. I have credit card through them. Without telling the customer, they changed the credit card company and number of the card. So, the old online account no longer worked. I had not downloaded all of my statements for that year. TOO BAD!! They were no longer available. So, then I had to create a new account online. It worked fine for a while. The latest is that, the online account has been offline for about a week. No one who worked there knew. I had to call the 800 number on the card and I get someone in the Phillipines. She was competent but could not find my account online the way she usually does. Everyone at the credit union is gone for the day - they leave at 4. so, nothing could be resolved. So, I cannot pay my card because I can't access my account. It is a CF of major proportion. I would say, steer clear from these people no matter what you want from a bank or credit union, they cannot give it with any competence. Read the reviews they are horrible and deservedly so. Unless you want to be profoundly frustrated, I would find another bank or credit union. This one is really really really really bad.

Honestly I didn’t want to give a bad review because it’s unlike me, but this bank has me extremely disappointed and it’s not the first & I’m sure it won’t be the last I called the first week of September asking if they when I will receive my new debt card which expires this month spoke to a rude employee telling me I’m not the only one I need to wait because of the holidays but if I don’t feel like wait to come pick it up myself, I explained my work hours are hectic and makes it very hard and he said “I don’t know what to tell you” I wish I had the time to see if this same employees would talk like that in my face. Now it’s 3rd week of September and still haven’t received anything I might as well close my account and take my business to a RELIABLE & RESPECTFUL bank where my business is appreciated

I normally like Jeanne D'Arc on merrimack Street. I went there today, there was nobody in front of me, but I went around like you are supposed to. I am waiting in line and another customer comes in and cuts in front of me . And when they called her I spoke up and said I was waiting first. So the teller tells her that she was not happy. So when the teller calls me up I told him how I went around like you are supposed to do. But he told me I was wrong. I do not understand that I do know how to follow directions

We took out a loan to update our heating system and ac. No interest loan was great... My partner got incarcerated, and because I lost 2 of his incomes, I defaulted on the loan....I immediately signed in for a debt settlement company.. Beyond Finance ...at this point, the loan was in collections with
[email protected] aggressive and would not do any settlement offers even though I attempted to negotiate and got nowhere... sandra@boulaylawfirm is only interested in a writ attachment execution.....I signed the agreement only because I had to choose between the lesser of the two evils...I did not want to go in default with the court and was hoping that the court would override the agreement.I did get a money judgment lien with a 12% interest rate......in the agreement whenever we go to court, it's a 2000 charge....... I just wanted to set the record straight that I did have good intentions to pay back this loan . .at this point, there is really no way out of this situation, so considering bankruptcy ....... so because no agreement was made to negotiate now, jeanne d'arc is out 26,000...... it's my understanding that, for the most part, debt collectors will negotiate a settlement or a payment plan....not sandra@boulaylawfirm.... very, very aggressive .. so before you do any loans with St. jeanne d'arc beware that sandra@boulaylawfirm is the collection agency that jeanne d'arc uses.... AND WILL NOT NEGOTIATE!......also, if you do a Google search, sandra@boulaylawfirm and Saint jeanne d'arc have been sued for unfair debt collection practices ..... I have a special needs trust for my disabled son. This trust is irrevocable and can not be subject to a creditors attachment execution lien...........

I love Jeanne D'Arc. Most of my interaction has been very positive. The staff are nice and usually smile.Need a new debit card, no problem.I rarely go into the lobby, there is always a line but it moves right along. One downfall is the ATM seems to be out of order frequently.

Second review in a week, an even lower rating. Went to the drive-up branch atm, machine could not complete the transaction. Drove around front to the lobby atm, machine said i exceeded my daily limit. Checked the account on my mobile ap, showed the first withdrawal was recorded. Immediately called the debit card service number, waited 8 minutes to talk to a rep with a typical off-continent accent who could not help because the phone numbers she has on record are my two landline numbers from twenty years ago(ok that ones on me). Called Jeanne D'arc, closed on Sunday, done. I'll go to the branch tomorrow, settle the atm issue, then transfer my 5 figure accounts to a major bank. 30 year customer out the door but it will be worth the hassle to get away from a small, local credit union that only responds to Yelp reviews.

DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM JDCUDid like them at first but after all the years and headaches with this bank I will finally close my account. Final straw was getting a credit card through them, did a balance transfer and they did a cash advance instead. Called in about it and the person who i was speaking to told me its the same thing, NO IT ISNT. Its been about 3 weeks and my bank still hasn't received that money. They basically stole from me since now I owe $200 because they did a cash advance instead of a balance transfer. I don't even want to call in and deal with them over this.Update: cash advance was sent 2/05/2023 and it's 03/17/2023. Still no solution and I'm being told different things.DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM JDCU BECAUSE THEY MANAGE IT THROUGH A THIRD PARTY and the employees have no clue what they are doing

I have their credit card and cannot see the transactions, "data unavailable", all I see is the amount due, I should be able to see the transactions carried out for the month, it's ridiculous!
