  I ve always done my oil changes here for some reason the staff have always been efficient and skilled but today Nov 25 around 5pm 🙌🏾Mike👎🏽had to drive to the next service place got my oil change fixed .

  I’m not the one to write a review but this place is a scam! Bring your business elsewhere!! I pulled in for an oil change the other day and they asked what kind of oil I wanted for my truck, they said my options are either full synthetic that will cost $106 or a synthetic blend that will cost me $88, I said give me the synthetic blend. After the ‘oil change’ he then proceeded to tell me that my total will be $140 and I said what?! They charged me for the $106 full synthetic oil AND a $34 oil filter when I know in fact they didn’t change my filter and I clearly stated that I wanted the $88 synthetic blend!!! Absolute scam and rip off.

  States on their website they are able to do spark plug replacement. Get to the shop and they inform they are unable to do it at this location. Useless staff and help. Thanks for nothing.

  Make sure if you come here you check your oil level on the dipstick yourself after you leave. Twice in the past 3 years I’ve left and found my car is short 2 quarts, so that’s 2 out of 6 poor services in the past 3 years that could have left me with an overheating blown up motor. Needless to say I won’t be back after the 2 incident, turns out the techs are scamming and management is cool with it.

  I got a quote from the website for an oil change on my car and it told me it was gonna be $106.99. I also have a CarAdvise account which is supposed to give me a discount and the guys like we don’t do that here and then he proceeded to tell me oh no for a Volkswagen is $129. Don’t go to this Jiffy Lube they’ll take everything they can get from you and will not honor prices or coupons
