They get 1 above a 1-star because the oil changes don’t muck up my car like valvoline’s did. They did, however, turn down a tire rotation when asked. Turns out you HAVE to purchase an oil change too. A shame, because I didn’t need a rotation when I needed my oil changed last and I can be sure to say I’ll make jiffy my second-to-last choice right before valvoline for the next time. Don’t offer something on your website if you don’t do it.
EDIT: Went to Pep Boys in Dracut- they did the tire rotation AND realignment at no cost.

These guys really went out of their way to earn one star. After going to another Jiffy Lube and having them tell me there was a problem with my oil plate from whoever did my last change, I brought it back to them. They assured me they did nothing wrong and that the other shop just didn’t want to do it. They proceeded to charge me full price and I protested that they charged me at all and the manager yelled at me that that other shop had different management so they weren’t responsible and then agreed to take $20 off the service. 3 days later the oil plate started dragging on the pavement so I brought it back again. They again assured me they did nothing wrong but agreed to reattach the plate. I was hearing a noise after driving it like something was still dragging. When I looked underneath I could see they had cable tied the plate on but didn’t cut the excess tie which was now dragging on the street. Go anywhere but here.

They were able to fit us in their already busy schedule on a hot day to recharge my AC at a very affordable price! The staff was very friendly, professional & efficient. We are so glad we got our AC recharged at Jiffy Lube!

The guys were FANTASTIC! Very helpful, and didn't try to UPsell me anything. They did ask me whether I wanted them to replace my air and cabin filters, and because the prices are outrageous, I declined. Shame on Jiffy Lube for that, but the workers, who MAKE THE MONEY FOR THE CORPORATION, were GREAT!

You go for an oil change they will harass you to buy extra services you don’t need and be ready to pay over 100$ for an oil change that cost 50$ if you put synthetic oil at prompto oil change .
