Bought a car less then a year ago and the thing has been nothing but a money pit warranty is trash customer service is trash when I first bought the card brought it back with a noise coming from the front end the mechanics they brought it to said nothing was wrong with it so I brought it to my mechanic needed all new calipers suspension was absolutely gone I wish I never went to them they use to have a good reputation now I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go to them

This dealership is the worst place to go to. I’ve had my car from there less than 5mo & I’m being told my engine needs to blow in order for the warranty to be covered. I spoke with service member Anthony who was absolutely nasty on the phone after hearing my one opinion that all the cars there have problems and took me calling 3 times to get a response. I explained how I am pregnant so I’m not sure what his excuse is at a professional standpoint Stated my opinion was “garbage” though my mother my cousin & I all have had issues with their cars in matter of months. If you have good credit take your money & business elsewhere! The only time they will genuinely give you your time is to get your money. I hope they have to pay to get this review removed.

i have contacted karman auto on 3 different occasions and have not recieved one response. only a shady used car store does business like this.

If I could give a zero I would, we purchased a 2011 Honda odyssey from them in 2022. The car had some minor fixes that were needed but we were in a bind with our previous vehicle (which we told them that) and we needed a card asap. Our credit scores were on the low side at the time so we didn’t have many options. They sold us the car for $16,000 and the car already had 120,000 miles (we were new drivers and car buyers so at the time we would’ve took anything to get away from our old car) we didn’t think the deal would be bad since we were expecting to pay for oil maintenance and just to upkeep the car.. NO we have had issue with our car within the first 6 months. When you call them they don’t care about your issues and are very rude once they have gotten the money that you’ve given them. We have had this car for only two years and have gone through 5 alternators 🙄🙄🙄 most cars don’t even go through that many in their
lifespan. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, THEY ARE SHADY OLD PEOPLE..

Was interested in a car and he told me had it and to call him. I called right away and he told me it was sold. Reached out and asked what else he had but just got ignored completely. I think he was embarrassed that he didn’t have the car anymore so he just avoided me completely after. Super weird and bad customer service would not trust.
