The worst possible service after a car theft my car was towed to them by the police which was strange to begin with but they pleaded to do the work to fix the damage. Well they screwed me over with bad parts, radio from the junk yard with no knobs, A stick shift handle not secured and didn't match the car. The paint job was a light spray over the damaged areas. It was terrible. Don't go here. They are crooks.

Good place to get your vehicle serviced...they kept me informed an price was reasonable...one of the few shops I'm comfortable an confident they are not going to screw me over.....good shop, good people !! I am an will continue to use them...

Left my vehicle with them for 2 weeks to have check engine light issues diagnosed and fixed. Within one week of having the car returned, check engine light came back on and other mechanic returned a multi-thousand dollar estimate to repair the car. Every repair LAT made ultimately failed.

After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I am disgusted by the new management. They half-assed my previous oil change and it's going to cost me around $900 to repair. I requested a call back from his supervisor to explain why they'd lost a long-term customer. He didn't bother to call. I followed a prior manager, whom I trust, to his new location. He is matching the price that Lowell Automatic Transmission quoted. Additionally, they destroyed the tinting I paid to have installed on my windshield by scraping off their oil change sticker over the years. They could have easily placed the sticker right below the tinting. In this day and age of social media and customer reviews, one would think that they'd take better care to keep their customers happy. One would be incorrect. Do yourself a favor and learn from my experience.

These guys are great, honest, and they put in great work and if the mess up which they really don't that much, they'll stand behind it and fix whatever is wrong. It's hard to find nowadays in auto shops, but these guys right here are trustworthy. Make sure you give them a shot. Not to mention the incredible staff that is there all very nice guys and greet you with a smile and make sure you're taking care of.

A couple of days ago I took my car in for inspection, they damaged the tint on my car. I didn't take my vehicle in to have it damaged they were more professional if they couldn't do the job they had to tell me what they intended to do. now i have to pay to fix their bad work. lousy customer service ?????????????????????
