About Lowell City Hall
Lowell City Hall is a beautiful, unique historic building in the Richardsonian Romanesque architectural style. The city council chambers are impressive, and the whole place is like a walk back into the 19th century. Definitely worth a peek inside. The building also houses a food service on the lowest floor, offering a delicious and affordable breakfast and lunch menu, including amazing warm gooey chocolate chip cookies, paninis, steak and cheese subs, and more. Customers have had good experiences with the friendly and helpful staff in the Treasury department as well. Overall, Lowell City Hall is a wonderful grand old building that is worth exploring, especially when combined with a visit to the nearby Pollard Library.

Good experience with Treasury department. Clerks are really friendly and helpful. Customer care agent on the phone was super friendle and explained and resolved my situation
