The owners were cordial and down to earth. I told them what problems I was having, and they go to work diagnosing, free of charge. The solutions they offered were straight-forward and reasonably priced. $180 and they reinstalled windows, installed memory, and RAM. I haven't had a problem since, and I know where to go if I need any fixes or upgrades.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good result, I took my normal Mecbook, it came back with a sunken button and a broken cover.

Super awesome ?
Had an issue with a processor and pin situation, they sorted it out and did an upgrade to liquid cooled for a pretty low charge. Super nice guys, fast and professional. Had my computer back in just a few hours working better than before.

They fixed a problem with my laptop that plagued me for months and they did it in less then 10 minutes! They know their stuff and are easy to work with. They also have a hugh inventory of laptops, computers etc. Well worth your time if you need repairs or a new device.
