We ordered something online and picked it up at a locker at the store. Nothing could be easier! Great setup and simple to use. Scan the bar code and a locker pops open with your item!

Went in today for a small item.
Tony greeted me at the door and helped me with my search.
He was amazingly professional and just as kind.
It was evident that he wanted to help me and I truly appreciated him.
Lowes should be proud to have such an exemplary employee.

Online app item locations often incorrect, requiring asking staff to find things for you and wasting your time.
The typical home improvement center. Help is decent, though not as good as many neighborhood hardware stores: and much bigger, both a feature and a bug as you can spend too much time looking.
I would now give it zero stars, if I could however. I recently bought a ego chainsaw, and went back to buy a replacement chain. The store had zero stock of the right chain. And other Lowe's in the area have zero stock as well. To not be actively stocking fundamental expendable parts like a chain for a product they are actively selling is unforgivable in my book. There were plenty of chains for the other size chainsaw. And the otherwise helpful person who checked stock for me said that there was no way for him to request stock. This seems like a completely dysfunctional company to me now.
And no vacuum accessories. Duh.

I had a bad experience at Lowe's. I usually choose Lowe's to buy homes appliances but now I had to choose where else because they had a bad cashier service with they don't know how the coupons works and I try to see customer services and that person was following around you and try letting you not has deals with your purchases. I would say that's is not her business( her name is Donna). This is my last time that I won't come back.

First time I ever did a pick up at a locker and wasn't sure how to go about it and one of the customer service counter personnel showed me what to do . Very friendly very easy .

I decided to come to lowes to look for some paint where I can feel like an artists painting my table. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable about the product. I wish I caught him name? Maybe it was Srey but I'm not sure but I would definitely shop here again.

It has all of the tools you need, the place is kinda dusty and I recommend wearing a mask most of the times but overall I only came there for the tools and essential. Best place to find everything you need for house improvements and car tools. 5 stars!!!!!
