Went in to buy a phone and walked out arguing. The employee helping us was totally cool but the manager decided to step in when my bf didn’t want to trade in his phone. We explained why and he proceeded to get out a pen and piece of paper to explain a formula of a system that we already understand. We never came in to trade phones, only to get new ones. This was somehow offensive to him because he started making fun of how old my bfs phone was. How he can go buy one for $100 and how most people just have them sitting in a drawer somewhere. This man lost a $2200 sale over ego.Great job T-Mobile ?

Bought a phone which is not working took it back immediately I realized it can’t support what I needed the phone for ( 3 days after) and now for close to 2 weeks the guy is taking me round on return policy. I don’t know what will happen but what I know is I need my money back. Am a stay at home hustling mom and you cannot steal from me, no no no no. Whatever I paid you for the phone I labored for it and I cannot afford to loose it ?????

The man working had no customer relation skills. He was very rude and even though i was the only customer in the store he didnt seem to have time to answer my questions. Ill be sure to only go to a corporate metro store from here on out.

They are telling you that when you buy a phone you can choose case or screen protector for free and at the end they charge you about 25$ for a cheap quality 2$ case.Really bad services

This Metro store has horrible service. on more then one occasion I have purchased unlocked phones which are compatible to this service. when trying to activate at this store they tell me the phones are black listed or stolen and proceed to try and sell me one of their devices. When I leave the store I have called Metro PCS customer service Line and they have been able to activate these phones with absolute no issues. The Manager does not seem to care about this issue and is incredibly rude. Not quite sure how this location is still open.
