i'm definitely going to be coming back to michelle's for all my cleaning needs! i'm a first timer for using a cleaners and i brought in my patagonia rain jacket. unfortunately it was lost in my dad's garage and had all sorts of stains when found, to make it worse it was a beige colored jacket so it needed a lot of TLC. i brought it in and i was helped out by oscar(?) who was very welcoming despite my shyness with being unfamiliar with the process. i didn't have expectations of a brand new jacket so i was given my ticket to pick up a few days later. i came in this afternoon to pick it up and i was in awe, i had my jacket back in very great condition! most of the unknown stains had came out and it was back to being a beige color. the two severe stains left are very faint from when i brought it in that you would have to stare to really notice it. i actually stood there looking at it and i believe the owner had asked if something was wrong but i was so excited to see my jacket be brought back to life! my jacket is hung up safely from any dirt or grime but now i know michelle's is my number one spot if worst were to come again. :)

I'll let you debate if it's worth the price.. $27 for 1 suit pants, 1 tie, and 1 suit jacket. 3 pieces. Outrageous for dry cleaning. (The reason for -1 star) The reason for 4 stars is because they told me this price when I dropped it off, and because I was pressed for time and this is the only one in the area with good reviews, I went with them. Also, they got all 3 pieces done in the time they said they would. And they made my suit that was covered with weird stains look like new. You debate if it's worth the price. This is one of the few decently reviewed places in the area surrounding Lowell, so I went to it instead of others actually in the city. I'm probably gonna go somewhere else for half the price, I just have to find one that has good reviews first.

This was my first time going to Michelle's Cleaners, it was a very nice place, the prices were reasonable and the turn around time was very fast, they did an excellent job on my shirts i will definitely go back again.

Their website says "free pickup and delivery" in two spots. There is even a link to a form to fill out for that service.
I went to drop off my clothes and asked about the delivery service. I was told "that is only for businesses." The website doesn't indicate this anywhere. This makes it feel like a bait & switch tactic, is misleading, and not good for the business reputation.
They are open from 7-7, but it's very difficult for me to pick things up during that time. I would be willing to pay to get my stuff dropped off at my house (within 1 mile of their location). I'm sure I'm not alone in that. This is a lost business opportunity on their part.
I'm definitely a fan of supporting local businesses, but consumers need value and if local businesses can't find innovative (and truthful) ways to provide it then it will hurt them in the long run.

I just want to thank Michelle's Dry Cleaners for the high quality service and the very good job did with my dry cleaning in such a short amount of time, and also for the very friendly customer service they provided me with.
