I bought a groupon for Alignment on my Tundra. Showed up first thing 3/17/25 AM. Tech spent 1.5 hours on 2 front wheel alignment, couldn't do the rear. I took off thinking it was all done, steering wheel was way off driving. They put on lift, retried, didn't know how to do it right. Very incompetent techs with no mechanic on site. I wouldn't recommend anything more than oil change at this place. Will be bringing the truck to Toyota Dealer to fix the problem they did.

I took my car for an oil change, and they did the oil change for me, but they didn’t properly secure the undercarriage shield. While I was driving for Uber with a passenger, the shield dropped down from one side, making a loud noise. It scared my passenger a lot. They are not professional auto repair service. I do not recommend going there for an oil change or any other service.

Went to get a tire replacement and ended up spending an extra 150 because of a mistake made by one of the workers. Something about my break line. Tried sending me away with faulty brakes. I had to go back and request it be looked at again for my brakes to go back to normal.

Terrible service. Appointments do not exist. Even if you have an appointment, the service is only first-come, first-serve. Mechanic was extremely rude to a customer who also experienced a long wait time despite having an appointment. The mechanic yelled, insulted, and swore at the customer. I'm not going back here to bring my car and I don't recommend that anyone bring their car either.

It was snowing today and I have to replace 2 tires on my suv. They tried to charge me $280 to replace 2 tires for mount and balance. He eventually dropped the price to $218 to replace 2 tires. It was snowing and cold out and 2 rear tires were bald. I had no choice but to have them replace it. No tire should cost $110 for mount and balance. $110 for each tire! I know I got taken advantage of. What a bad day. I will never go to this place ever again.

The staff was amazing, I just hoped that they can update their page saying the don't do alignment because their machine been down for months this was in monro in lowell!!!

I went to this location yesterday. I got there at 4pm and showed them my groupon for an oil change & tire rotation plus $10 rebate. I also had an expired groupon value of $30 that i was told i could use for anything at monroe. They pulled my truck rite in and did the oil change with no problem. Then i had to wait almost an hr for the manager to come back (when he was only supposed to be gone 10 mins) because the newly hired mechanic didn't now how to put the groupon number in (understandable). I noticed my truck was brought down from the lift after just having the oil change. I asked them why they didn't do the tire rotation that came with the groupon. I was then told hold on i didn't know the was included. They didn't even put my truck back up onto the left they looked at my tires (that are less than 8 months old) and told me that my tires were in to poor of condition to rotate them that they can tell me how much did 4 brand new tires.. i told them absolutely not i just bought those theres nothing wrong with them. They argued with me & refused to rotate them. Then as I'm checking out i get told my total is 14.95 for the 6th qt of oil, oil dump, taxes & fees. I told them well of you didn't rotate my tires then technically we should be even since i didn't receive half my groupon service. The manager yelled at me and said thats not how it works. I then told him i had a $30 credit from an expired groupon (that i already confirmed with monroe corporation & groupon cs) to use half of that. I got yelled at & told i was dumb that that's not how it works. I refused to pay the $15 cuz now they have $45 of my money with no more services being done. The manager yelled at me to just go. I took my 4 yr old daughter that i had with me the whole time and walked out after politely saying thanks to them. I waited outside for almost 7 mins while the manager just stood there doing nothing for them to pull out truck out of the bay. When they finally did they didn't even pull it all the way out & i put my 4 yr old in the truck and thanked them again and legit got a dirty look fromthe mechanic that pulled out halfway out of the bay and he just walked away. I promice you i will never ever use monroe again for any reason. And i reported them to groupon. Now that i read the reviews im noticing they are doing this to everyone. Not good at all

Came in at 5 to get a tire replaced and they close at 6 and the lady refused to help me out , said they where busy when there was just one guy there … wasted gas and time on a spare tire driving there… I then drove to the other tire spot across the street which also said open till 6 and guess what it was closed and even worse the lady told me they’re owned by the same person lmao talk about monopolizing … One change your closing time to 4 if you cant handle business at 5pm thats just greedy to waste a persons time driving there. Same with the other location. Pictures at 5:20 showing their “busy” line. If she wanted to go home early she coulda just said so.

I had the most unpleasant experience at Monro in Lowell. Do not go there. I had a Groupon for an oil change and they charged my credit card $116.30 on top of the Groupon. I did not notice that he had charged my credit card because my daughter picked up the car. I called my credit card company and they told me to try and work it out with Monro. I went there and the only person there made me wait 20 minutes while he tried to give me credit. I was told by my credit card company to wait 7-10 days for the refund. I did not receive a refund and had my credit card company rebuke the charge.
He person at Monroe was extremely rude. I tried to explain to him how Groupons work but he argued with me.
Bad experience all around.

This operation is a disgrace in terms of customer service They dont have a clue how to run a business the right way I made a big mistake once again using a Groupon
The clerk wanted to charge me another $47 on top of the Groupon charge until I pushed back on them When I got there for my appointment they emptied my oil and then told me that they didn’t have my type oil in stock so they had to order it from a parts store After 90 minutes of waiting in a horrible waiting room it finally arrived
Then they told me that they couldn’t rotate my tires which I paid for in the Groupon
They said there was too much wear on my from tires I think they were just avoiding having to do the job
This place should be closed down

This place is not only inadequate but also extremely dangerous. I visited for an oil change with a Groupon voucher and encountered the only employee there, who was extremely rude. I waited over 45 minutes to be acknowledged, and when he noticed my Groupon voucher, he became visibly angry and hostile. He spent over 20 minutes on the computer and demanded I pay an additional $32 on top of the $69 I had already prepaid. When I asked for an explanation, he became even angrier, accusing me of being disrespectful for asking. He outright refused to perform the service and loudly insisted I leave immediately. This shop is an insult to both the profession and the company. maybe not so. When I called the corporate office, they advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. This poor treatment of customers seems to be ingrained in the company's culture.

This place is terribly managed. The customer service is awful and practically nonexistent, and the person in charge is incredibly rude and unhelpful. It’s a disgrace to the profession. A young woman who came for an oil change was told she needed a whole new exhaust system, only to be later told that the repair wasn’t urgent. This place should be avoided at all costs. I wouldn’t trust them with my car. They are disorganized and unprofessional.

My appointment was made for 12pm on Wednesday and I showed up at 11:50am, one of the employees told me that the boss left and didn't know when he was coming back so I had him take my name and number down for him to call me when he returns but never received a call. Terrible customer service.
