Worst car wash ever. They scam people by putting a sign that says it cost $10, but once you go in it’s actually $15. Not to mention the car wash didn’t even work. The people who worked there didn’t even help me. Please do not go here.

The car wash might be a little bit out dated but the owner is very nice and friendly. Sometimes the machines don't work but no worries the owner is always there to help.

Nothing works. Machine billed my card and told me to drive in, then find the wash is powered down.Try to call the number on the building…..voice mail is full.Try to call the number listed on Google…..it’s a fax machine.If you look at other reviews you see this has been going on for years. I’m guessing they have no interest in fixing things.In fairness I was called back a few hours later and offered a refund.

Moved to Lowell 2 years ago this is the car wash I always go to. Machine works just fine and the older gentleman is always there to help me with any assistant. Fast and clean service

Waste of money. Went to wash my car and all I got out of the machine was pressurized water. It would not power up any other function. No foaming brush, no high pressure soap, no tire cleaner. There is no attendant to be able to refund your money. There was a phone number on google but when I called it was not connected. Very dissapounted that I lost $5 and got a wash that was no better than a heavy rain.

The car wash may not be the best, but most touchless washes leave your car a little spotty. In the case of the Palms, when the machine broke down after I'd already paid for my wash, I called the number on the sign and the owner met me the next morning at my convenience and gave me my car wash. Stuff happens. Machines break down. We all do our best. The upstanding businesses follow through and this one did. I'll continue to frequent this car wash for that reason.

Used the manual wash. Couldn't get the credit card payment method to go through. Only had 5 minutes worth of coins so only got a rinse. Bring coins or cash with you to this place. They don't have any attendants (joke) and their phone number listed is not even in use (more jokes). Overall the place is dirty and unprofessional, but with coins and cash you should be able to get the job done (manually, never tried the auto wash here).
