This office is way beyond unprofessional. I tried to call ahead to see if they had the order from my doctor, and got a recorded message saying that they don't allow that; you have to come in for your appointment and find out then if they have the order. So I came in for my appointment (because it's absolutely NO walk-ins, despite what it says online), and they didn't have the order. So I call my doctor, they say they can send it in again but they just need the fax number. So I walk up to the window to ask for the fax number and they start completely freaking out; apparently there is no receptionist and it's strictly forbidden to need to talk to anyone. Fax number also was not posted anywhere in the waiting room. So I google it because obviously getting it from them is out of the question, doctor faxes in the order. They come to the waiting room to retrieve another patient and tell me that it takes over an hour for them to receive a fax. This whole ordeal could have been prevented by providing SOME mechanism (even on the app!) of verifying in advance that they had the order. Meanwhile, they're criminally understaffed and apparently have no plans of filling the position of the receptionist. I tried to save time by going to a closeby blood lab and instead it's just taking longer than it would have taken to go in to Boston. The fact that they're acting like I'm completely out of line for needing basic, normal customer service such as a fax number, just adds insult to injury.

Absolutely terrible. Location states open at 8 on their site, paper in the windows states they open at 9 instead. As of 11:30 there are still no signs of life inside. Complete disrespect for everybody's time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I came in for a drug test for work why have walk ins if you don't prioritize them I have never been so disappointed in a place I have visited like I am today I am definitely telling my employer this place is not worth it we should go with another company.

It is completely waste of having an appointment, I came 10mins before my appointment and checked in and they called me inside 25mins later to my actually time.

One star is seriously stretching it! I placed an online appointment and went in but the place was closed and I got the automated system when I called them. I hit really bad traffic on the way back. Super inconsiderate to be doing that. I should’ve checked other reviews before I booked.

Arrived at 7:55 they open at 8
They let the 2 people waiting in. The sign in machine was dark, appeared to be off we mentioned this and we were told she would check on it. Ten minutes later someone comes out and asks if we signed in we explain machine is off he hits the touch screen and up it goes. Evidently the other staff member didn't realize or inform us monitor was sleeping. Now we have wasted 10 minutes in which time a blood draw could have happened. I admit I am a walk in, regardless they accept walk ins and we sat for 10 minutes. Next a couple of appointments walk in, they take them but when they are done they didn't take the walk ins. I can only assume that is because the phlibotomist walked in with his breakfast and he needed to eat. Far cry from the staff that used to be here
Laziness lack of concern for the patient. A training video on how to walk through life going no where. I am so disgusted

Despite being open for walk-ins, and having faxed over paperwork that they accepted, staff elected not to see me even in their allotted walk-in hours, presumably because they couldn't be bothered to actually do their jobs. Nowhere was there any indication that an appointment was necessary for the screening I already paid for and confirmed.

Called in yesterday, were told this place was open today 5-11-2024 and no appointment is needed for a drug test. Upon arriving person at the front desk rejected services for drug testing. I was told no drug testing on Saturdays. The guy had an attitude after I told him that this office should have better communication when providing informations over the phone. He wasn't happy after telling him that. Threatening to call the police. This place is a joke and have poor customer services.

One star is too generous!!!! Last week I showed up to this location with an appointment for a pre-employment drug screening only to find the doors were locked, and no one was inside. When I called their phone number, an automated message played stating that they were closed (even though it was a weekday during their normal business hours!!) with no further explanation and the call was disconnected. Today I showed up for a 9:30am appointment, and was not seen until 12pm!!!! There was only ONE employee working to service a waiting room FILLED with people. I know this because the employee TOLD everyone in the waiting room she was working ALONE. This is beyond ridiculous and completely inconsiderate!!! What is wrong with you people???? NO respect or consideration for other people's time. Will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

If I could I would give 0 star!! Avoid this location if you are able!! The worst service, they might close without letting you know! You might wait over 30min with appt without telling you when they will accept you!!!
