Ray and his son saved the day when my wife and I were stranded without hope. Our car broke down 350 miles away from home and, despite taking our car to Ray 45 minutes before close, he and his son did everything in their power to get us back on the road. Diagnosing the issue became elusive, but Ray ultimately didn’t charge for his exhaustive and time-consuming efforts to find the problem. More importantly, he pressured me AGAINST investing in an expensive fix. Both Ray and his son are beyond convivial and accommodating, which is especially welcomed when facing a distressing situation like my wife and I did. It’s so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and Ray is one of the very few you can. If it’s not clear at this point, let me unequivocally say that I can’t recommend their team highly enough.

I own a 2018 Ford C-Max SE. My check engine light came on. I called the dealer they couldn't take it in for a month. I called Ray and his son Ben answered the phone. Said they could take it the next day. Took the car in and got a call from Ray. He says the codes indicated I had an electrical problem. Long story short. Ray walked me through it told me what I should expect. They diagnosed and they fixed my electrical problem all on the same day. Him and his sons make a great team and I will continue taking my car to Ray's Automotive. Jerry R.

Ray is a wonderful guy. He came out and changed the tire on our Tiffin Phaeton. We called many places, including camper rv service places. No one had the tire. Within the hour Ray came to us and changed the tire. Thank you so much!!

I was so worried about getting my car fixed properly and was recommended to take it to Ray’s. Ray is a gem and so are all the people who work there, they were honest about prices and even called me to double check about a few other concerns I had. I literally never review folks; this is one of my first ones. I am looking forward to taking my truck to them when I need service :)

The owner Ray, is a terrible person. Loves to brag about buying $10,000 trees for his home yet claims he can't pay his workers a living wage.

Came here in need of getting my tire put onto a wheel and they were kindly able to squeeze me in. They all were super helpful and kind with honest prices. I absolutely will be coming back and will recommend Ray's Automotive!

My motor went in my car and I brought it to Rays. Ray found a motor at Atlantic’s Used Auto Parts and said it was going to cost me $8,000 for the motor not including labor fees. However, when I went to Atlantic’s Used Auto Parts they were only selling it for $3,400. I saved over $6,000 by buying the motor myself and bringing my car to another shop.

My boyfriend and I have been going to Ray’s for all our car needs and he truly is the best in the business. Him and his employees are always so kind and clear about what your car may need as well as the cost. As a female navigating the car world I often felt like I was being swindled at other places but I always feel like Ray gives me the honest costs.
