Rogers Fort Hill Park in Lowell is a great destination for relaxation and light outdoor activities, suitable for individuals, families, and friends. The park features nice trails and paths that are perfect for walking, light hiking, and exploring. Visitors have enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity for an uphill hike, especially during early spring and fall when the scenery is beautiful. However, some reviews express concerns about cleanliness, noting that a few visitors leave dog waste behind and litter around the park despite the presence of trash bins. This behavior detracts from the park's potential, as it could be a more enjoyable space for everyone with better care from its users. Reviewers suggest that the City of Lowell should increase surveillance to maintain the park’s condition. Overall, Rogers Fort Hill Park is appreciated for its convenient location and peaceful environment, but it relies on its visitors to keep it clean and enjoyable for all.
Great park for some R&R weather solo or with family and friends. I was surprised to film a Liberian wedding photo shoot at this location and folks there were very receptive. We managed to block off a solid hour of filming inside the park without interruptions. We were very thankful
